متطلبات العمل:

2 years’ Experience working with NGO’s providing specialized protection services as a frontliner and especially Psychological First Aid.
Having the capacity to be an active listener, giving help without judgment and being able to handle stress.
Ability to assess the immediate concerns and needs of an individual and act accordingly.
Familiar with the humanitarian principles.
Graduated from University with a major of related fields (Social science, Psychology , nursing, ETC)

الوصف الوظيفي:

Making initial contact
Ensuring people are safe and comfortable
Calming and orienting people
Identifying people’s immediate needs
Offering practical assistance
Connecting people with resources
Providing coping strategies
Linking people to collaborative services Update the available service mapping through field visits and data collection exercise.
