متطلبات العمل:
متطلبات المرشد النفسي الاجتماعي:
- شهادة جامعية في علم النفس أو علم الاجتماع أو الإرشاد النفسي، أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.
- القدرة على التحلي بالصبر عند التعامل مع الأطفال والمراهقين.
- المرونة والقدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات بحساسية واحترام وحيادية ثقافية
- الخبرة السابقة مع المنظمات الانسانية غير الحكومية ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة
اللغات: اللغة العربية ضرورية. ستكون معرفة العمل باللغة الإنجليزية ميزة قوية.
الوصف الوظيفي:
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
– توفير الأنشطة المناسبة للأعمار الموجودة والدعم النفسي لجميع الحالات التي يتم تحديدها وإحالتها من قبل فريق المشروع لضمان الالتزام الصارم بالمبادئ التوجيهية الأساسية للدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (السلامة والأمن والسرية والاحترام).
– مراقبة وتقييم التقدم المحرز وتعديل خطط الدعم وفقًا لذلك.
– تقديم المعلومات والدعم والمشورة بشأن أفضل مسار للعمل خلال الجلسات.
– الحفاظ على التواصل المستمر مع الأطفال أثناء معالجة مخاوفهم وأهدافهم ومساعدتهم على الحفاظ على المواقف الإيجابية.
– التأكد من أن جودة العمل المنجز تتعلق بالمهمة والالتزامات والمعايير الدولية

Job Requirements:
Psychosocial Counselor Requirements:
– University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Psychological Counselling, or another relevant field.
– Minimum of 2 years experience.
– Ability to exercise patience when interacting with children and teenagers.
– Flexibility and ability to work in a multicultural environment with cultural sensitivity, respect, and neutrality
– Previous experience with Humanitarian NGOs is an asset.
– Excellent communication skills
Languages:
– Arabic is a must; English working Knowledge would be a strong asset.

Job Description:
Major Responsibilities:
– Provide age-appropriate activities and psychosocial support to all cases identified and referred by the project team ensuring strict adherence to the core PSS guiding principles (safety and security, confidentiality, respect).
– Monitor and evaluate their progress and modify support plans accordingly.
– Offer information, support, and counseling on the best course of action during sessions.
– Maintain constant communication with children while addressing their concerns and goals and helping them keep positive attitudes.
– making sure that the quality of the work done is in regard to mandate, commitments, and international standards.
