متطلبات العمل:
- University or institute degree
- Experience in conducting surveys, monitoring and assessments
- Previous experience with NGO is preferable
- Willingness and ability to perform monitoring field work
- Ability to work and interact with a diverse staff and beneficiaries from different ethnicities and background
Other Considerations:
- Candidates will be required to provide educational certification (inclusive of transcripts) to Blumont’s satisfaction as a requirement for this role

- Carries out data collection and monitoring at field level
- Conduct field surveys (quarterly, FSMT, intention…) as per requirement
- Conduct assessments as per need
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
