المعرفة والخبرة:
- 1 سنوات خبرة في مجال ذو صلة. تجربة المنظمات غير الحكومية هي ميزة إضافية
- سيتم النظر أيضا حاملي دبلوم في العلوم الاجتماعية مع خبرة قوية للعنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعيز
- خبرة مهنية في برامج الوقاية من العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي والاستجابة له في حالات الطوارئ
- خبرة في فهم تعبئة المجتمع والعمل التمكين
- مهارات الاتصال الكتابية والشفوية جيدة
- فهم شامل لأفضل الممارسات في الاستجابة للعنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي والوقاية الأولية للعنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي والحد من المخاطر
- فهم واضح لنوع الجنس وحقوق الإنسان والقضايا المحيطة بالعنف ضد الفتيات.
- قدرة قوية على تنظيم العمل ، الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية ، إعطاء الأولوية للعمل تحت الضغط
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية والكردية (كتابة وتحدثا)
- الوفاء بأي واجبات ومسؤوليات أخرى كما تم تعيينها.
- احترم قواعد السلوك والسياسات الخاصة بـ MRFS ومعايير فريق GBV
- الالتزام والتمسك بمبدأ وسياسات MRFS (النزاهة والمساءلة والخدمة) في مجالات العمل ذات الصلة
- مراقبة سلامة وأمن الفريق باستمرار واستباقي ، والإبلاغ على الفور المخاوف أو الحوادث لإدارة MRFS
- واجبات أخرى يكلفه بها المشرف لتمكين وتطوير برامج MRFS
الوصف الوظيفي:
- اعتماد البرنامج المصمم لأدوات الرصد والتقييم لجلسات التوعية المجتمعية في العنف القائم من حيث النوع الاجتماعي ، وتعزيز النظافة ، والتغذية والصحة ، بالتنسيق مع مسؤولي الGBV.
- تنفيذ أنشطة التخفيف من المخاطر والتوعية على النحو الذي تحدده أهداف المشروع
- رصد وتقييم نتائج جلسات رفع الوعي المجتمعي
- المساعدة في تحديد أفراد المجتمع الذين يواجهون قضايا متعلقة بالحماية.
- مساعدة وقيادة ، حسب الاقتضاء ، التدريبات على العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي لمقدمي الخدمات ، وأعضاء المجتمع ، والجهات الفاعلة الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- نشر المعلومات على المجتمع حسب التدريبات المتخصصة على سلسلة EMAP و DG في EA $ E و SASA وأي إستراتيجية أخرى لتغيير السلوك والاتصال.
- التنسيق مع الموارد الأخرى ذات الصلة لضمان تقديم المزيد من جلسات التوعية المجتمعية حول مواضيع الصحة والنظافة
- حشد النساء المحتملات لإنشاء فريق دعم المرأة مع توفير السن والتنوع والثقافة المناسبة
- التعاون في متابعة الإجراءات والإحالات لمداولات الاجتماعات وغيرها من الأنشطة ، بالتنسيق مع الفريق
- توثيق جميع جلسات الاجتماع التي تبين عدد المشاركين وتقرير تقييم الجلسة ، والصعوبات ، والمضي قدما
- تيسير عقد اجتماع لفريق دعم المرأة يركز على النهج التشاركي والمرأة المدفوعة لتصميم كيفية قدرتها على دعم المرأة في المجتمع وربط الناجيات من العنف القائم من حيث الجنس بالوصول إلى مزود الخدمة
- تعزيز وصيانة الشبكات من خلال مقدمي الخدمات الآخرين وإدارة المخيم لضمان أن الناجين يتلقون دعما عطوفا من
المجتمع وتشجيع المزيد من التواصل والتعاون والتنسيق بين الشركاء (قطاعات الحماية والصحة والقانونية والنفسية الاجتماعية).
- تقديم المشورة لمسؤول التواصل بشأن العنف القائم من حيث الجنس بشأن مجالات البرمجة التي تتطلب تدخلات وحملات هادفة تستند إلى تحليل الاتجاه.
- إجراء المسوحات وتقييم المستفيدين لإنشاء بيانات أساسية للمجتمع
- العمل بالتعاون مع موظف التوعية بشأن العنف القائم من حيث النوع الاجتماعي لضمان تلبية الاحتياجات المستمرة للنساء والفتيات من خلال الأنشطة المتعلقة بالوقاية.

Job Title: GBV Community Outreach Mobilizer

Job Requirements:
- Diploma holders in social sciences with strong GBV experience will also be considered.
- 1 years related field with experience. NGO experience is a plus
- Professional experience in GBV prevention and response programs in emergency
- Experience/understanding of community mobilization and empowerment work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of best practices in GBV response and GBV primary prevention and risk reduction
- Clear understanding of gender, human rights, and issues surrounding violence against girls.
- Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, prioritize work under pressure
- Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish(written and spoken), and English is a plus.
Job Description:
Adopt to the program designed monitoring and evaluation
tools for community awareness raising sessions in GBV,
hygiene promotion, nutrition and health, in coordination
with the GBV officers
- Implement risk mitigation and awareness activities as
determined by project objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of the community
awareness raising sessions
- Assist in identifying members of the community that are
facing protection-related issues.
- Assist and lead, where appropriate, GBV trainings for service
providers, community members, and other relevant actors.
- Disseminate information to the community as per
specialized trainings on EMAP, GDG series in EA$E, SASA!
and any other Behavior change and communication strategies that may be introduced.
- Coordinate with other relevant resources/stakeholders to ensure the delivery of further community awareness sessions on reproductive health and hygiene topics
- Mobilize potential women to set-up Women Support Groups with provision of age-, diversity and cultural appropriateness
- Collaborate in the follow-up of actions and referrals of the deliberations of meetings and other activities, in coordination with the team
- Document all meeting sessions showing participant number and session evaluation report achievement, difficulties, and way forward
- Facilitate a women support group meeting and emphasize on participatory approach and women driven to design how they are able to support the women in community and link GBV survivors to access timely services
- Strengthen and maintain networks through other service providers and camp management to ensure that survivors receive compassionate support from the community and to encourage greater communication, collaboration and coordination among partners (protection, health, legal, and psychosocial sectors).
- Advice the GBV outreach officer on programming areas that require targeted interventions and campaigns based on trend analysis
- Conduct surveys and assessments of the beneficiaries to establish baseline data of the community
- Work with the community and other stakeholders to conduct GBV risk mitigation exercises like safety audits.
- Work in collaboration with the GBV Officer to plan and lead calendar events
- Work in collaboration with GBV outreach officer to ensure ongoing needs of women and girls are being met through prevention-related activities.
- Collaborate on the improvement and updating of referral pathways for each of the projects, initiatives, activities in the area
- Organize and participate in case conferences and other interagency coordination meeting at camp the level.
