متطلبات العمل:

حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في المشتريات / الخدمات اللوجستية أو ما يعادلها.

الوصف الوظيفي:

إدارة مخزون الطوارئ المحلي ونقطة توحيد البضائع للسماح بالحركة السريعة لإمدادات البرامج.
تصميم وتنفيذ نظام إدارة المستودعات.
مساعدة فريق البرامج على وضع خطة الشراء لكل المشروع وتنفيذها بالتنسيق مع المدير الميداني.
العمل مع الموظفين الميدانيين لنقل السلع بطريقة آمنة وفعالة بما في ذلك مراجعة الوثائق المطلوبة لاكمالها والتأكد من صحتها وتسهيل الدعم.
تقييم أنظمة العمليات اللوجستية الحالية وتقديم المشورة بشأن التدابير التصحيحية التي يتعين اتخاذها.
تصميم وتنفيذ الأدوات المناسبة لضمان اتباع سياسات النقل في مكاتب BCRD في NES.
القيام بجميع أنشطة المشتريات على أساس الميزانيات المعتمدة والمطبقة.
جميع الواجبات الأخرى التي يكلف بها المشرف.

Job Title: Logistic Officer

Job Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in procurement/logistics or equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience from working as a procurement& logistics officer in a humanitarian/recovery context;
Experience with procurement &logistics procedures and regulations.
Previous experience working in complex and volatile contexts
Understanding of the operational context in NE Syria
Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
Fluency in English & Arabic, both written and verbal

Job Description:

Manage local emergency stockpile and goods consolidation point in order to permit the rapid movement of program supplies.
Design and implement warehouse management and commodity tracking system.
Assist the program team to set the procurement plan for each project and implement it with the coordination with the senior field manager.
Work with field staff to undertake the transport of commodities in an efficient safe way including reviewing required documents for completeness and correctness and facilitating timely support from relevant team members in BCRD.
Assess existing logistics operations systems and advise on corrective measures to be undertaken.
Design and implement proper tools to manage the fleet of the cars ensuring transport policies are being followed in BCRD offices in NES.
Carry out all procurement activities based on the approved budgets and applied policies.
All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
