RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR:

1. 1. All Taxes, transportation, other fees and associated cost of machinery, labour and safety equipment: جميع الضرائب والنقل والرسوم الأخرى والتكاليف المرتبطة بالآلات ومعدات العمل والسلامة
2. Validity of the offer: More than 90 days مدة صلاحية العرض: أكثر من 90 يومًا
3. The selected supplier will be expected to provide safety equipment for his workers, as helmets, gloves, harnesses, welding glasses and other equipment as needed. The selected supplier will also take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the work space (i.e. by cordoning holes. من المتوقع أن يوفر المورد المختار معدات السلامة لعماله ، مثل الخوذات والقفازات والأدوات اليدوية ونظارات اللحام وغيرها من المعدات حسب الحاجة. سوف يتخذ المورد المختار أيضًا التدابير اللازمة لضمان سلامة مساحة العمل.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: شروط عامة

1. 1. The closing date of this procurement is fixed on 24^th of Mar 2022 at 14:00 pm (Syria time).

تم تحديد موعد إغلاق عملية الشراء هذه في 24/03/2022، الساعة (14:00) مساءا بتوقيت سوريا

2. Offers shall be submitted in English, only US Dollar – USD, (Mandatory) including all Taxes, transportation, other fees

يجب تقديم العروض باللغة الإنجليزية، فقط بالدولار الأمريكي (إلزامي) بما في ذلك جميع الضرائب، النقل، الرسوم الأخرى

3. Bidders will fill, sign, stamp and return the Offer form according to Concern Worldwide format.

سيقوم العارضون بملء نموذج العرض وتوقيعه وختمه وإعادته وفقًا لدرافت الكونسيرن

4. Concern World-Wide reserves the right to split the contract between different Bidders

تحتفظ منظمة كونسيرن بالحق في تقسيم العقد بين مختلف مقدمي العطاء

5. The offer to the call for tender will not result in the award of a contract لن يؤدي عرض الدعوة إلى المناقصة إلى منح عقد
6. The offer must be submitted to Concern Worldwide purchase department in a sealed envelope with the mention “CWW/SYR/CON/066306/0322/WASH” not to be opened before 24^th of Mar 2022 at 14:00 pm (Syria time), Or via email iraq.procurement@concern.net clearly writing the Procurement Reference “CWW/SYR/CON/066306/0322/WASH” in the email subject line.

يجب تقديم العرض إلى قسم المشتريات الكونسيرن في مظروف مغلق مع ذكر “CWW/SYR/CON/066306/0322/WASH” لا يتم فتحه قبل 24/03/2022 الساعة 14:00مساءا (بتوقيت سوريا) أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني iraq.procurement@concern.net تكتب بوضوح مرجع المشترياتCWW/SYR/CON/066306/0322/WASH”  “في سطر موضوع البريد الإلكتروني.

8. In case of total price calculations mistake, unit price will be considered for the total calculated value

في حالة خطأ حسابات السعر الإجمالي، سيتم النظر في سعر الوحدة لإجمالي القيمة المحسوبة

9. Quantities are subject to change based on project needs up to +/- 30% الكميات يجب تغييرها بناءً على احتياجات المشروع حتى
10. 10. Supplier should submit their national ID                 يجب على المورد تقديم هويته الوطنية
11. Suppliers who intend to apply, are highly appreciated to visit the site. المورّدون الذين يعتزمون التقديم ، هم محل تقدير كبير لزيارة الموقع

 

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS شروط محددة

1. Offer with less than 90 days of validity will not be considered لن يتم النظر في العرض مع أقل من 90 يومًا من الصلاحية.

3. All bidders are highly advised to read, sign and stamp below documents ينصح جميع مقدمي العروض بقراءة وتوقيع وختم الوثائق أدناه
4. Preference will be given to suppliers with proof of experience in the same business ستعطى الأفضلية للموردين مع إثبات خبرة في نفس العمل.
5. Suppliers from NES area are highly advised to apply and will be given priority if they submit complete competitive bids ينصح بشدة الموردين من المنطقة بالتقديم
6. Concern will only use companies that have an operational presence, and thus can demonstrate ability to directly-implement the project without sub-contracting, in the target location. ستقوم منظمة كونسيرن باختيار فقط الشركات التي لها وجود عملي في المنطقة وبالتالي يمكنها إثبات قدرتها على تنفيذ المشروع بشكل مباشر دون التعاقد مع أطراف اخرى في الموقع المستهدف

-Preference will also be given to local companies from Raqqa. ستعطى أيضا الأفضلية للشركات المحلية من الرقة
