التعليم والمؤهلات
- المستوى الثالث من التعليم. يجيد اللغة العربية. اللغة الإنجليزية أحد الأصول.
- فهم و / أو خبرة في الرصد والتقييم.
- الفهم الأساسي للمبادئ الإنسانية.
- القدرة على العمل كجزء من فريق وإثبات نهج العمل التعاوني.
- الاستعداد للتعلم ولكن المرونة والعمل تحت ضغط وساعات طويلة
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة.
- اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
مرغوب فيه
خبرة سابقة في تطبيقات جمع البيانات الرقمية (DDG). بمعنى آخر. – منشئ iform ، Kobo ، ODK ، إلخ
الوصف الوظيفي:
- مساعدة فريق الرصد والتقييم من خلال PDM والزيارات المنزلية ومناقشات مجموعة التركيز وطرق جمع البيانات الأخرى كما هو مطلوب
- المشاركة الفعالة وتنفيذ تقييمات الاحتياجات وتقييمات خط الأساس والخط النهائي ومهام التقييم الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء
- ضمان دقة وجودة المعلومات التي تم جمعها في M&E وفرق البرنامج.
- لضمان أن المستفيدين وأعضاء المجتمع وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين على علم تام بعمليات الرصد والتقييم الجاري تنفيذها ، وأن يتم التعامل معهم باحترام وتقدير ومجاملة.
- للتواصل بشكل ودي ومحترم في جميع الأوقات مع المجتمع وفرق البرنامج ، مع فهم وتقييم تنفيذ المشروع
- تعزيز استخدام ودعم وظيفة آلية مساءلة المجتمع
- العمل كجزء من فريق. تقديم الدعم عند الضرورة في مهام إدارية أو إدارة معلومات أو مهام الرصد والتقييم ، والمشاركة في تبادل المهارات وبناء القدرات مع الزملاء.

Job Requirements:
Education and Qualifications
- Third level of education. Fluent in Arabic. English an asset.
- Understanding and/or experience in monitoring, evaluation.
- Basic understanding of humanitarian principles.
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a collaborative working approach.
- Willingness to be learn, but flexible, work under pressure and long hours
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
Previous experience with digital data gathering (DDG) applications. I.e. – iform builder, Kobo, ODK, etc
Job Description:
- Assist Monitoring and Evaluation team through PDM, household visits, focus group discussions, and other data collection methods as required
- Effective participation and implementation of needs assessments, base line and end line assessments, and other evaluation tasks as required
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of information collected in the M&E and program teams.
- To ensure that beneficiaries, community members and other stakeholders are fully informed of the M&E processes being implemented, and are treated with respect, appreciation and courtesy.
- To communicate cordially and respectfully at all times with the community and program teams, while being both understanding and evaluative of project implementation
- To promote the use and support the function of the community accountability mechanism
- To work as part of a team; providing support where necessary in other administrative, information management or M&E tasks, and engage in skills sharing and capacity building with colleagues.
