- تعلن منظمة الأطباء المستقلین-ألمانیا عن إجراء مناقصة بالظرف المختوم لتوريد وتركيب منظومات الطاقة الشمسية لمشروع المنظمة في مناطق شمال شرق سوريا (نواحي دير الزور والكسرة) .
