الموضوع: تسجيل اعمال لمشروع القسائم مواد الغذائية
منظمة كونسيرن وورلدوايد ستقوم بتوزيع قسائم مواد غذائية لعوائل الأشد ضعفا في منبج – المنطقة 5 .
تستعمل هذه القسائم من قبل المستفيدين للحصول على مواد الغذائية فقط، لدى الباعة المسجلين في منظمة كونسيرن مسبقا. بعد ذلك يقوم البائع المتعاقد مع منظمة كونسيرن وورلد وايد باستبدال هذه القسائم حيث سيحصل على قيمة القسائم نقدًا. وفقًا للشروط الواردة في العقد
لضمان إتاحة فرصة عادلة لجميع البائعين للمشاركة في برنامج القسيمة هذا، هناك طلبات منتظمة للبائعين للتسجيل كمرشح مهتم بهذا البرنامج.
يوجد حوالي 3000 عائلة في المنطقة سيقومون بصرف القسائم في المحلات المختارة.
تدعو منظمة كونسيرن وورلد وايد جميع البائعين المهتمين بالمشاركة في برنامج قسائم الحصول على مواد الغذائية
الاجراء:
- يجوز للموردين/المدراء المهتمين التوجه إلى مكتب منظمة كونسيرن في منبج – شارع الرابطة – جانب مول الفرقان. وتسجيل أعمالهم للمشاركة في برنامج القسائم عن طريق ملء السجل وإظهار الوثائق التالية
- شهادة ترخيص
- بطاقة الهوية الوطنية أو قطعة مماثلة من وثائق التعريف
- بمجرد تسجيل الأعمال التجارية الخاصة بالموردين في مكتب كونسيرن المعنية، ستقوم لجنة من موظفي كونسيرن بزيارة المالك ومبانيهم التجارية لطرح أسئلة إضافية كجزء من عملية التقييم.
- استنادًا إلى الإجابات، ستقوم اللجنة بتقييم ما إذا كان العمل قد استوفى الحد الأدنى من المعايير المطلوبة، ومن ثم سيقدم توصية إلى إدارة منظمة كونسيرن للموافقة عليها.
- بمجرد الموافقة على العمل كمورّد مسجل مسبقًا، سيُعرض عليه عقد للعمل مع منظمة كونسيرن. سيوضح هذا العقد كيفية عمل البرنامج
- كونسيرن وورلدوايد لا تضمن أي عمل للبائع، حيث يتم اختيار البائعين من قبل المستفيدين من قائمة البائعين المسجلين مسبقا لدى كونسيرن
- يجب على البائعين بيع الأصناف لمستخدمي القسائم بنفس سعر العملاء العاديين (أولئك الذين يشترون الأصناف بأموال نقدية). أي زيادة مصطنعة في الأسعار سيؤدي إلى الإنهاء الفوري للعقد. سوف تراقب منظمة Concern أسعار السوق الطبيعية وتبلغ البائعين بتغيير أسعارهم المقترحة إذا كانت أعلى من أسعار السوق الطبيعية المراقبة.
- قد يتم إنهاء تسجيل الموردين الذين لا يلتزمون بأي من الشروط الأخرى للبرنامج.
- ستكون عقود البائعين سارية لمدة 6 أشهر مع إمكانية التجديد اعتمادًا على التمويل وامتثال البائع لشروط العقد.
قد يتم إنهاء تسجيل الموردين الذين لا يلتزمون بأي من الشروط الأخرى للبرنامج الموعد النهائي للتسجيل:
آخر موعد لاستلام طلبات تقييم البائعين سيكون في 28-02-2022 الساعة 4 مساء
وستبدأ اللجنة المختصة بدراسة الطلبات فور انتهاء المدة المحددة.

Dear Sir/Madam,
SUBJECT: REGISTRATION OF FOOD BUSINESSES FOR VOUCHER PROGRAMME
Concern Worldwide distributes vouchers to the poorest families in Manbij – Zone 5.
The beneficiaries in exchange for food at Concern pre-registered vendors can use these vouchers. The vendor with Concern Worldwide then redeems these vouchers where they will receive the value of the vouchers in cash as per the terms in the agreement for reimbursement.
To ensure fair opportunity for all vendors to participate in this voucher programme there are regular calls for vendors to register as a candidate interested in this programme.
There are 3000 households getting vouchers in the area who will be redeeming their vouchers pre-registered vendors businesses
Concern Worldwide are now calling on all vendors interested in participating in the Voucher Programme for Food Vouchers.
Procedure:
- The interested owners/managers may go to the Concern Office in Manbij – Al-Rabeta Street – Next to Al-Furqan Mall- . and register their business to participate in the Voucher Programme by filling in the register and showing the following documents
- Certificate of Registration
- National ID card or similar piece of Identification documentation
- Once the business has registered their business at the relevant Concern office then a committee of Concern staff will visit the owner and their business premises to ask additional questions as part of the assessment process.
- Based on the answers the committee will evaluate if the business has met the minimum criteria required and will therefore submit a recommendation to the Concern Country Management for approval.
- Once the business have been approved as a pre-registered vendor, they will be offered a contract to work with Concern. This contract will outline how the programme operates.
- Concern Worldwide DOES NOT guarantee any business to the vendor as it is the beneficiaries choice on what vendors they wish to use from the list of Concern pre-registered vendors.
- Vendors must sell the items to voucher users at the same price as normal customers (those purchasing items with cash money). Any artificial inflation in prices will lead to immediate termination of the contract. Concern monitors normal market prices and inform vendors to change their proposed prices if they are higher than monitored normal market prices.
- Vendors not adhering with any of the other terms of the programme may have their registration and agreement terminated.
- Vendor contracts will be valid for 6 months with the possibility of renewal depending on funding and vendor compliance with contract terms.
The deadline for Registration
The last day of receiving registrations for this round will be 16:00 hrs (Syria time) of 28/02/ 2022 Concern Worldwide Committee will commence assessments as soon as businesses register themselves.
