متطلبات العمل:

Graduation Certificate of Civil engineering institute, Civil Engineering / Architectural faculty, Engineering Surveying institute or electrical/mechanical engineering.
Experience in building rehabilitation/implementation of humanitarian projects as advantage
Ability to understand the AutoCAD drawings and to apply it on the ground (knowledge of using AutoCAD is an advantage).
Good communication skills with local community, Partners and other stakeholders.
Ability to work independently or remotely with the support of shelter team.
Creative approach to solving problems on site
Ability to work under pressure, proactive and cooperative working style
Good experience with INGOs is an advantage.
Computer literate – MS Office and MS Outlook
Fluent in Arabic and a good level in English language is preferred (written and spoken)
Good understanding of community participation and ability to communicate with impact and respect

الوصف الوظيفي:

The Employee particularly:

Support Shelter engineers in assessing and conducting technical assessments – collects field data;
Follow up the implementation of projects and solve basic problems in the site.
Report daily progress, challenges and any relative topics.
Provide inputs for rehabilitations in coordination with relevant stakeholders (when needed) in the targeted area (e.g, communities, companies, Local councils.)
Support the team within the framework of rehabilitation works of building, designing to ensure safe usage, stability and sustainability.
Ensures routine construction site supervision and quality monitoring of repair works in Public institutions (daily, weekly), communicating project standards to the contractors´ teams provides feedback to Shelter Engineers and Team leader
Prepare project documentation (e,g: MoUs, site delivery) and collects data for periodical/reports, depending on needs, archives key project documentation
Coordinates with the project team members, partner organizations and other relevant actors in the area.
Liaises with external partners or local authorities regarding approvals or representing CvT for any matter after the coordinate with shelter TL,
Any other related tasks assigned by the Shelter Engineer / Team Leader
