A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing the project of solar system panels in khneiz association in raqqa and requesting its bidders to submit their offers for the requested works.
- Solar system in khnez association in ar-raqqa governorate – ar-raqqa sub-district – kheniez community (36.277491, 39.009008)
تقوم المنظمة بتنفيذ مشروع تقوم بتنفيذ نظام الطاقة الشمسية للجمعية الفلاحية بخنيز في الرقة على النحو المبين أدناه وتدعو مقاوليها لتقديم عروض للمواد والخدمات المطلوبة لتنفيذ المشروع:
- نظام الطاقة الشمسية لجمعية الفلاحية بخنيز – محافظة الرقة (36.277491, 39.009008)
Implementation works will include, but are not limited to:
- Mechanical work
- Electric works
- Civil works
أعمال التنفيذ سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- اعمال ميكانيكية
- اعمال كهربائية
- اعمال مدنية
All rehabilitation works will need to be completed within 50 days after contract signature date.
جميع اعمال يجب ان تنتهي خلال50 يوم من تاريخ توقيع العقد.

- A pre-tender information session will be held in the organization’s office in ar raqqa (raqqa-city, al-furat neighborhood – south of tariq bin ziyad school) or through skype via the following link: https://join.skype.com/bgdrbaecmhow
Attending the pre-tender information session is highly recommended before submitting the offer. The session will be held to explain to the bidders what the requirements are, machines and works needed to implement the project, in addition, the organization will respond to all bidders’ inquiries during the pre-tender information sessions.
The pre-tender information session will be held on the following time:
- On 16/02/2022 at 13:00 pm (local time in syria) in the organization office in raqqa.
- Catalogs must be provided for all items requested in this tender in order to have an opportunity to pass the technical check.

- ستعقد جلسة معلومات قبل المناقصة في مكتب المنظمة في الرقة (مدينة الرقة ، حي الفرات – جنوب مدرسة طارق بن زياد) أو عبر skype عبر الرابط التالي:

يوصى بشدة بحضور جلسة معلومات ما قبل العطاء قبل تقديم العرض. ستُعقد الجلسة لتشرح لمقدمي العروض ما هي المتطلبات والآلات والأعمال اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع ، بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، سترد المنظمة على جميع استفسارات مقدمي العطاءات خلال جلسات المعلومات السابقة للمناقصة.
ستُعقد جلسة معلومات ما قبل العطاء في الوقت التالي:
– بتاريخ 16/02/2022 الساعة 13:00 مساءً (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) بمكتب المنظمة في الرقة.
- يجب توفير الكتالوجات لجميع العناصر المطلوبة في هذا العطاء من أجل الحصول على فرصة لاجتياز الفحص الفني.

General conditions:
- The bidding documents (in english and arabic) can be requested inclusively by e-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com
- Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time in syria) on 28th of february 2022 in one file by email to syria.operations@gmail.com , and the mail subject should be RFQ/16ELI/G31KRR/RAQ/WASH/06-02-2022/1
The emails might be ignored if the email doesn’t include the tender reference.
- Late offers will be automatically rejected.
- A pre-tender information session will be held in the organization’s office in ar raqqa (raqqa-city, al-furat neighborhood – south of tariq bin ziyad school) or through skype via the following link: https://join.skype.com/bgdrbaecmhow
