A non-profit, non-governmental the organization is implementing the project of Rehabilitating Three Water Stations in Ar-Raqqa outlined below and inviting its contractors to submit offers for materials and services required to rehabilitate:
1. Hweijet Faraj Water Station in Ar-Raqqa Governorate – Salhabia Sub-district – Hweijet Faraj Community (35.90569°,38.77292 °)
2. Al Krein Water Station in Ar-Raqqa Governorate – TabqaSub-district – Krein Community (35.90569°,38.77292 °)
3. Shaher Water Station in Ar-Raqqa Governorate – Karama Sub-district –shaher Community (35.80622°,39.48668°)
تقوم منظمة غير ربحية غير دولية بتنفيذ مشروع إعادة تأهيل ثلاث محطات مياه في الرقة على النحو المبين أدناه وتدعو مقاوليها لتقديم عروض للمواد والخدمات المطلوبة لإعادة تأهيل:
1. محطة مياه شرب حويجة فرج – في محافظة الرقة – ناحيةالسلحبية – تجمع حويجة فرج (35.90569 درجة ، 38.77292 درجة)
2. محطة مياه شرب الكرين – في محافظة الرقة – ناحية الطبقة- تجمع الكرين(35.90569 درجة ، 38.77292 درجة)
3. محطة مياه شرب الشاهر – في محافظة الرقة – ناحية الكرامة – مجتمع الشاهر (35.80622 درجة ، 39.48668 درجة)
Rehabilitation works will include, but are not limited to:
· Mechanical work
· Electric Works
· civil works
أعمال إعادة التأهيل سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- اعمال ميكانيكية
- اعمال كهربائية
- اعمال مدنية
All Rehabilitation works will need to be completed within 50 days after contract signature date.
جميع اعمال يجب ان تنتهي خلال50 يوم من تاريخ توقيع العقد.
*Important Notes to be considered for this Tender:
1. A Pre-Tender Information Session will be held in the Organization’s Office in Ar Raqqa (Raqqa-City, Al-Furat A Pre-Tender Information Session will be held in the Orgnaization’s Office in Ar Raqqa (Raqqa-City, Al-Furat neighborhood – south of Tariq bin Ziyad School) or through Skype via the following link: https://join.skype.com/BgDRbAECMhoW
Attending the Pre-Tender Information Session is Highly Recommended before submitting the offer. The Session will be held to explain to the bidders what the requirements are, machines and works needed to implement the project, in addition, the Organization will respond to all bidders’ inquiries during the Pre-tender Information Sessions.
The Pre-tender information Sessions will be held on the following time:
a) On 07/02/2022 at 13:00 PM (Local Time in Syria) in the Organization’s office in Raqqa.
b) On 16/02/2022 at 12:00 PM (Local Time in Syria) in the Organization’s office in Raqqa.
2. Catalogs Must be provided for All Items requested in this tender in order to have an opportunity to pass the Technical Check.
* ملاحظات مهمة يجب مراعاتها بخصوص هذا العطاء:
1. ستعقد جلسة معلومات قبل المناقصة في مكتب المنظمة في الرقة (مدينة الرقة ، حي الفرات – جنوب مدرسة طارق بن زياد) أو يمكن حضور الجلسات اونلاين عن طريق السكايب من خلال الرابط: https://join.skype.com/BgDRbAECMhoW
ستعقد الجلسة في توقيتين مختلفين لضمان قدرة مقدمي العروض على حضور الجلسة. يعد حضور جلسة معلومات ما قبل العطاء أمرًا موصى به قبل تقديم العرض. ستُعقد الجلسة لتشرح لمقدمي العروض ما هي المتطلبات والآلات والأعمال اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع ، بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، سترد المنظمة على جميع استفسارات مقدمي العطاءات خلال جلسات المعلومات السابقة للمناقصة.
ستعقد الجلسات التعريفية في موعدين كما يلي:
a) بتاريخ 07/02/2022 الساعة 1:00 ظهراً (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) بمكتب المنظمة في الرقة.
b) بتاريخ 16/02/2022 الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) بمكتب المنظمة في الرقة.
2. يجب توفير الكتالوجات لجميع العناصر المطلوبة في هذا العطاء من أجل الحصول على فرصة لاجتياز الفحص الفني.

General Conditions:
1. The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) can be requested inclusively by E-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com
2. Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 21th of February 2022 in One File by email to syria.operations@gmail.com , and the mail subject should be RFQ/16ELI/G31RWR/RAQ/WASH/31-01-2022/1
The emails might be ignored if the email doesn’t include the tender reference.
3. Late offers will be automatically rejected.
4. الشروط العامة:
1. يمكن طلب وثائق العطاء (باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية) بشكل شامل عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني على syria.operations@gmail.com
