A non-profit, non-governmental the organization is implementing the project of Rehabilitating Two Water Stations in Deir-ez-Zor outlined below and inviting its contractors to submit offers for materials and services required to rehabilitate:

  1. Elbuhmeid Water Station in Deir-ez-Zor Governorate – Kisreh Sub-district – Jazaret Elbuhmeid Community (35.76502°,69581°)
  2. Shate Water Station in Deir-ez-Zor Governorate – Kisreh Sub-district – Shate (Badia) Community (75007°,39.75946°)

تقوم منظمة غير ربحية, غير دولية بتنفيذ مشروع إعادة تأهيل محطتين مياه في دير الزور على النحو المبين أدناه وتدعو مقاوليها لتقديم عروض للمواد والخدمات المطلوبة لإعادة تأهيل:

  1. محطة مياه شرب البوحميد – بمحافظة دير الزور – ناحية كسرة – تجمع جزرة البو حميد (35.76502 درجة ، 39.69581 درجة)
  2. محطة مياه شرب الشاطي – في محافظة دير الزور – ناحية كسرة – تجمع الشاطي (35.75007 درجة ، 39.75946 درجة)

Rehabilitation works will include, but are not limited to:

  • Mechanical work
  • Electric Works
  • Civil works

أعمال إعادة التأهيل سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

  • اعمال ميكانيكية
  • اعمال كهربائية
  • اعمال مدنية

 

All Rehabilitation works will need to be completed within 50 days after contract signature date.

جميع اعمال يجب ان تنتهي خلال50 يوم من تاريخ توقيع العقد.

 

*Important Notes to be considered for this Tender:

 

  1. Registration in Deir Ez Zoor Contractors chamber (DCC) is Mandatory to apply for this tender.

 

  1. A pre-tender information session will be held in the the organization’s office in Ar Raqqa (Raqqa-city, al-furat neighborhood – south of tariq bin ziyad school). The session will be held on two different timings to ensure the bidders capability to attend the session. Attending at least one of the pre-tender information session is mandatory before submitting the offer or else the offer will be rejected for the participation who doesn’t attend at least one of the information sessions. The session will be held to explain to the bidders what the requirements are, machines and works needed to implement the project, in addition, the organization will respond to all bidders’ inquiries during the pre-tender information sessions. Accordingly, we request our valued bidders to attend at least one of the sessions.

 

 

The pre-tender information sessions will be held in two timings as below:

  1. On 26/01/2022 at 12:00 pm (local time in syria) in the organization office in raqqa.
  2. On 07/02/2022 at 12:00 pm (local time in syria) in the organzation office in raqqa.

 

  1. Catalogs must be provided for all items requested in this tender in order to have an opportunity to pass the technical check.

 

 

* ملاحظات مهمة يجب مراعاتها بخصوص هذا العطاء:

 

  1. التسجيل في نقابة المقاولين في دير الزور (dcc) إلزامي للتقديم على هذه المناقصة.

 

  1. 2. ستعقد جلسة معلومات قبل المناقصة في مكتب المنظمة في الرقة (مدينة الرقة ، حي الفرات – جنوب مدرسة طارق بن زياد). ستعقد الجلسة في توقيتين مختلفين لضمان قدرة مقدمي العروض على حضور الجلسة. يعد حضور جلسة معلومات ما قبل العطاء أمرًا إلزاميًا قبل تقديم العرض وإلا فسيتم رفض العرض للمشارك الذي لم يحضر جلسة إعلامية واحدة على الأقل. ستُعقد الجلسة لتشرح لمقدمي العروض ما هي المتطلبات والآلات والأعمال اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع ، بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، سترد المنظمةعلى جميع استفسارات مقدمي العطاءات خلال جلسات المعلومات السابقة للمناقصة. وفقًا لذلك ، نطلب من مقدمي العروض الكرام حضور جلسة واحدة على الأقل.

 

ستعقد الجلسات التعريفية في موعدين كما يلي:

  1. يجب توفير الكتالوجات لجميع العناصر المطلوبة في هذا العطاء من أجل الحصول على فرصة لاجتياز الفحص الفني.

General conditions:

  1. The bidding documents (in english and arabic) can be requested inclusively by e-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com

 

  1. Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time in syria) on 10th of february 2022 in one file by email to syria.operations@gmail.com , and the mail subject should be RFQ/16ELI/G31RWR/RAQ/WASH/20-01-2022/1

The emails might be ignored if the email doesn’t include the tender reference.

  1. Late offers will be automatically rejected.

  1. The organzation will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organzation.
