متطلبات العمل:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic; Intermediate spoken and written English.
  • Excellent command of excel and mobile data collection platforms (ODK, Kobo).
  • At least 3-year of total experience.
  • 1 Year of experience in relevant field.
  • Ability to travel and work in target areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in NGOs/humanitarian sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, or at least some tertiary study.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Completed related humanitarian/management trainings (food security, protection, WASH, project management etc)
  • Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as well as the ability to plan, take initiative and organize work independently.

Ability to build and sustain relationships with team members and interviewees in the field as well to the local authorities like camp managers/HAOs…etc..

الوصف الوظيفي:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordination and project implementation:
  2. Coordinate with the field manager to ensure the implementation of projects through participation in planning, implementation and follow-up to ensure quality.
  3. Supervise the data collection process by enumerators, including the gathering and submitting of information in the field through interviews of individuals, families, focus group discussions, field visits and surveys, in line with the REACH Assessment Methodologies.
  4. Leads on enumerator follow-up in the field, to ensure transparent, accurate and timely collection of quantitative and qualitative data and information.
  5. In coordination with ACTED security, monitors and tracks all field movements as is relevant.
  6. Cross-checks information accuracy of submitted data and conducts spot-checks.
  7. Ensure the quality of the data and review feedback after each field data collection process.
  8. To support geo-referencing of all surveys conducted in the field as required by the REACH Assessment methodology.
  9. Supporting field team focal points with enumerator trainings and providing contextual information as needed
  10. Supporting the security/liaison team to get approvals from the local authorities and HAO offices.
  11. Any other task requested by management.
  12. Reporting:
  13. Providing regular reports to the Field Manager at frequent intervals on the progress of the implementation of the assessment activities and on relevant observations during the mission.
  14. Reporting directly to Assessment Officers and field team focal points whenever requested.
  15. To ensure a regular, effective and comprehensive transmission of information to supervisors.
  16. Supervising and Management:
  17. According to project work plan and/or guidance of the Assessment staff, supervises enumerators in their daily activities.
  18. Builds enumerator capacity, provides constructive feedback, and ensures project deadlines are met.
  19. Ensuring daily communication with enumerators communicating to them relevant information from Field Manager/ Assessment staff.
  20. Preparing and following up the monthly attendance records for the enumerators in coordination with the Ops Assistant and HR.
  21. Participate in the evaluation of the enumerators and prepare their appraisal.
