الوصف الوظيفي:
تقديم الرعاية الطبية الداخلية والخارجية للمرضى\المستفيدين وفقا للمعرفة الطبية المعدلة والمحدثة وبروتوكولات منظمة والقيم ومعايير النظافة العامة لتحسين الحالة الصحية للمرضى\ المستفيدين.
Accountabilitiesالمساءلات
- تطبيق المعرفة والمهارات الطبية للتشخيص والوقاية ,اجراء استشارات للمرضى الخارجيين والداخليين مع وصف للعلاج اللازم فيما يتعلق ببروتوكولات
- أبقاء المريض أو\ وعائلته\ها على اطلاع عن المرض وتقديم شرح مناسب حول العلاج الواجب اتباعه والتأكد أنه فهم ذلك
- . متابعة تطور مرضى المشفى \المرضى الداخليين من خلال الزيارات اليومية والاستشارات والفحوصات قبل تقديم العلاج اللازم متبعا بروتوكولات منظمة، وتحديد ما إذا كان يمكن خروجهم أو نقلهم الى أقسام أخرى بالتعاون مع أطباء اخرين واعلام أسرهم حول تطور حالة المريض.
- فحص ومراقبة التوزيع العادل للأدوية والمعدات تحت مسؤوليته\ها والعناية بها وجودة المواد الطبية وتطهيرها وتعقيمها وضمان الامتثال العام للنظافة العامة.
- المشاركة في جمع وتحليل البيانات الوبائية والتحقق من صحتها وإبلاغ المدير المباشر أو منسق المشروع عن أي مشكلة أو تعقيد حول مرض المرضى والخطأ الطبي ومراقبة سير العمل في القسم أو المعدات أو المواد بشكل صحيح
- ضمان التدريب المستمر للفريق الطبي المتعدد التخصصات من أجل تحسين نوعية الرعاية
- يعرف ويضمن اتباع جميع البروتوكولات الطبية التابعة لمنظمة وتنفيذها والتحقق من الاحتياطات العامة التي يتم اتباعها في جميع الأوقات والحد من مخاطر الخطر البيولوجي وتحسين السيطرة على العدوى، ويضمن احترام الثقة المهنية
إدارة الفريق تحت مسؤوليته\ها المباشرة وفقا لسياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية المنظمة والاشراف على أدائها وتنظيم جدول المناوبات والمشاركة المباشرة هاتفياً في حالات الطوارئ اذا لزم الأمر لذلك.

- القدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة حساسة ومعقدة , وذات تحديات يومية تتطلب المقدرة على العمل في الظروف الصعبة , وأن يكون لديه مهارات جيدة في التواصل .
- تقديم مستو جيد من الرعاية الطبية للمستفيدين , والعمل وفق بروتوكولات و إرشادات منظمة.
- تقديم يد العون بخصوص الاستشارات المتعلقة بالرعاية الصحية الأولية مع التركيز على الفئة العمرية الصغيرة ( ما بين 10 -18 سنة) .
- المساهمة في إقامة تدريبات وذلك بالتنسيق مع القسم نفسه أو مع أقسام أخرى إن تطلب الأمر للك .
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ الطبية بطريقة هيكلية و فعالة .
- الموازنة بين احتياجات المرضى والامكانيات في ظل وضع معقد , وخاصة فيما يتعلق بمحدودية القدرة على الإحالات .
- الانتباه وملاحظة آلية العمل , وأن يكون متيقظاً للأمور المحيطة بالعمل , ونقل المعلومات لمشرفه في حال لاحظ تعرض الحقوق الإنسانية أو الأخلاق الطبية للخطر .
- يجب ضمان التقيد بالالتزامات بطريق مهنية و محترمة في جميع الأوقات . ضرورة إظهار النزاهة والحيادية في عملك سواء كان مع المستفيدين أو مع زملاء العمل .
- الاعتراف بمفهوم السلامة والأمن هام جداً, لأنك ستعمل ضمن بيئة يتغير سياقها الأمني بشكل سريع , وسيكون فيها تصعيد للحوادث الأمنية بتوقيت زمني مختلف .
- احترام قواعد اللباس الإلزامية , مثل : وشاح الرأس , قميص طويل فضفاض , يغطي منطقة الورك وذا أكمام طويلة .

Job Description:
Job Purpose: Provide outpatient and/or inpatient medical care to patients/beneficiaries according to adapted and updated medical knowledge, protocols, values and universal hygiene standards to improve the patients/beneficiaries health conditions.
Accountabilitiesالمساءلات
- Apply medical knowledge and skills to diagnose and prevention. Carry out outpatient and inpatient consultations, prescribing the necessary treatment respecting protocols.
- Keep the patient and/or his/her family informed about the illness and provide appropriate explanations about the treatment to follow, checking they have understood.
- Follow up the evolution of the hospitalized/IPD patients, through daily visits, consultations and examinations, prescribing the necessary treatment following protocols, deciding whether they can be discharged or transferred to other departments – in collaboration with other doctors- and informing their family about the patient’s evolution
- Check and control the rational distribution of medicines and equipment under his/her responsibility and take care the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material. Assure general compliance with standing hygiene standards.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of epidemiological data, checking its validity and informing the line manager or project coordinator about any problem or complication of the patients’ illness, medical error and monitors the proper functioning of the department, equipment or material.
- Ensure ongoing training of the medical/paramedical multidisciplinary team in order to optimize the quality of care.
- Knows and ensures all medical protocols are followed and implemented, checking universal precautions are followed at all times and reducing bio-hazard risks and improving infection control. Ensures professional confidentiality is respected.
- Manage the team under his/her direct responsibility according to organization HR policies and procedures, supervising their performance, organizing and scheduling shifts and rotations, directly participating in emergencies and on calls if necessary.

- Pay attention to dynamics and aware of ones surrounding and share information with supervisor in case humanitarian rights or medical ethics are endangered.
- Respectful and professional boundaries must be ensured at all times, displaying impartiality and neutrality towards beneficiaries and colleagues.
- Security recognition and understanding is important as you will work in a high security context where the environment around you can change quickly, timely escalation of security incidents.
- Respect of mandatory dress code: Headscarf and long (wide, mid-thigh shirt with long sleeves).
A flexible approach is needed in this role to ensure that all medical programs can continue to run. You may be asked to do a task that does not fit into the above, and therefore flexibility is essential.
