A non Huminitarian organisation  is implementing a humanitarian aid project which will provide livelihoods, WASH, and governance support to vulnerable communities in Al-Hassekah Governorate, to improve their ability to respond to shocks and stress in the future and invites suppliers/contractors to submit offers for rehabilitation in Tel azan water station, Northeast of Syria..

تنفذ منظمة انسانية مشروع مساعدات إنسانية سيوفر سبل العيش ، والمياه والصرف الصحي ، ودعم الحوكمة للمجتمعات الضعيفة في محافظة الحسكة ، لتحسين قدرتهم على الاستجابة للصدمات والضغوط في المستقبل ويدعو الموردين / المقاولين لتقديم عروض تقديم عروض إعادة التأهيل محطة مياه تل عزان شمال شرق سوريا.

  1. Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time) on the 05/01/2022 by email at syria.operations@gmail.com with ref. RFQ/16ELI/G26ARA/AMU/WASH/21-12-2021/3

أخر موعد لتقديم العروض هو 05/01/2022  الساعة الواحدة عصراً (بالتوقيت المحلي) والعروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة عن طريق الإيميل التالي. syria.operations@gmail.com بمرجع RFQ/16ELI/G26ARA/AMU/WASH/21-12-2021/3

  1. A pre-tender information session will be organized on 29/12/2021 at 14:00 local time in organisation representative office in Amuda, Selah Aldeen mosque neighbourhood. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition,

In Addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organisation’s office on 30/12/2021

جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في يوم   29/12/2021الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في مكتب المنظمة في عامودا، حي القادسية – شمال جامع صلاح الدين. المشاركة في هذه الجلسة مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية من قبل مقدمي العروض.

بالإضافة  إلى أنه  سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب المنظمة في عامودا في يوم  30/12/2021

  1. Validity of the offer: Recommended 3 months صلاحية العرض: يفضل3  اشهر
  2. Late offers will be automatically rejected. العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا 
  1. The organisation reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.

تحتفظ ACTED بحق إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
