Concern Worldwide, intends to award a work contract for Provision and delivery of accessibility items for Concern WW organization in NES for 1 year in the interest of establishing Framework Agreement.
تعتزم منظمة كونسيرن العالمية، منح عقد عمل لـ توفير وتسليم مواد لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لمكاتب كونسيرن في شمال شرق سوريا لمدة سنة من خلال انشاء اتفاقية أسعار ثابتة لمدة عام واحد. بمساعدة مالية من البرنامج.

The RFQ will be conducted using Concern Worldwide standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English/Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:
سيتم إجراء طلب عروض الأسعار باستخدام المستندات القياسية المفتوحة لجميع مقدمي الخدمات المؤهلين. يمكن جمع مستندات العطاء (باللغة الإنجليزية / العربية) مجانًا من قبل جميع مقدمي العروض المهتمين على العنوان التالي:
- Tabqa Office: Albuhayra district- western Corniche مكتب كونسيرن في طبقة
- Raqqa Office: Al Furat Neighborhood – east Tariq bin Ziad school مكتب كونسيرن في رقة
- Manbij Office: Al Rabta street , next to Al Furqan Mall مكتب كونسيرن في منبج
- Kobani Office: Sh.Firas neighborhood next to SH Akid square مكتب كونسيرن في كوباني

*All bids must be submitted before 23rd of December 2021 at 14:00 (Syria time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope mentioning the RFQ reference on it or by E-mail at iraq.procurement@concern.net
*يجب تقديم جميع العروض قبل 23/12/2021الساعة 14:00 (بتوقيت سوريا) على العنوان المذكور أعلاه في مظروف مختوم يشير إلى مرجع رقم الإعلان عليه أو عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني على iraq.procurement@concern.net
Late Bids will be automatically rejected. سيتم رفض العروض المتأخرة تلقائيًا.
*Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.
*تحتفظ كونسيرن بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي عرض قبل منح العقد واحالة العطاء، وإلغاء اعلانات العطاءات ورفض جميع العروض في أي وقت.
*Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.
*لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها المتنافسون فيما يتعلق بإعداد وتقديم عطاءاتهم إلى كونسيرن.
*Concern will only use companies that have an operational presence, and thus can demonstrate ability to directly-implement the project without sub-contracting, in the target location.
*ستقوم منظمة كونسيرن باختيار فقط الشركات التي لها وجود عملي في المنطقة وبالتالي يمكنها إثبات قدرتها على تنفيذ المشروع بشكل مباشر دون التعاقد مع أطراف اخرى في الموقع المستهدف
*Preference will also be given to local companies from Manbij, Tabqa, Raqqa, Kobani and Dier Ezzor*ستعطى أيضا الأفضلية للشركات المحلية من منبج, طبقا, رقة, كوباني و دير الزور
