A non Huminitarian organisation  implementing a humanitarian aid project which will provide supplies for the implementation of a new site in Areesha camp in addition to implementation of warehouses in the camp and rehabilitating the fence surrounding the expansion in addition to maintenance of its centers, rehabilitation of individual kitchens and implementation of generator protection rooms.  and invites suppliers/contractors to submit offers in Northeast of Syria.

تنفذ منظمة انسانية مشروع مساعدات إنسانية من شأنه توريد مواد لتنفيذ موقع جديد لها في مخيم العريشة بالاضافة لتنفيذ مستودعات في المخيم وتأهيل السور المحيط بالتوسعة بالاضافة لعمليات صيانة لمراكزها, وتأهيل المطابخ الفردية وتنفيذ غرف حماية للمولدات. وتدعو الموردين/ المقاولين لتقديم عروض في شمال شرق سوريا

General conditions:

  1. The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: Organisation office in Al-Qasadiyah neighborhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate, or can be requested by e-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com
  2. Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 28th December 2021 by email to syria.operations@gmail.com   and the mail subject should be RFQ/16EPT/34FAMF/ARE/CCCM/12-12-2021/1
  3. Late offers will be automatically rejected.
  4. Bidders may apply for one or more Lots and the organization reserves the right to contract with one or more companies
  5. the organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
  6. the organization will consider the unit price for evaluation purposes..
  7. the organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.

  1. العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا
  2. يجوز لمقدمي العطاءات التقدم بطلب للحصول على عقد أو اكثر وتحتفظ المنظمة بحق التعاقد مع شركة او اكثر
  3. تحتفظ المنظمة بحق إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
  4. ستنظر المنظمة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم.
  5. المنظمة لن تكون مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد وتقديم عروضهم إلى المنظمة
