A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing the quick impact projects “Social infrastructure rehabilitations – Jurneyyeh Community” and inviting its contractors to submit offers for materials and services required to rehabilitate:

  1. Khawlat Bint Alazur School in Ar-Raqqa Governorate – Jurneyyeh Sub-district – Jurneyyeh Community (36.158067, 38.23158)
  2. Shams Addin Health Center, in Ar-Raqqa Governorate – Jurneyyeh Sub-district – Shams Addin Community (234952 °, 38.191887 °)

منظمة غير-ربحية غير-حكومية ، تقوم بتنفيذ مشاريع الأثر السريع “إعادة تأهيل البنية التحتية الاجتماعية ”  في محافظة الرقة – ناحية الجرنية – بلدة الجرنية وهي تدعوا متعاقدين لتقديم عروضهم للمواد و الخدمات اللازمة لإعادة تأهيل:

  1. مدرسة خولة بنت الأزور في بلدة الجرنية.
  2. مستوصف قرية شمس الدين بمنطقة الجرنية

Rehabilitation works for Lot #1 Khawlat Bint Alazur School will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Rehabilitation of infrastructure of buildings
  • Improving perimeter security (doors, windows, locks….)
  • Spot fixes (Tyrolean plaster, plaster, concrete, paint, tiles, other construction works….)
  • Adding materials to facilitate the access of disabled and war-affected children to education services for Khawlat Bint Alazur School
  • Adding elements to transform the school from a normal model to a childhood friend for Khawlat Bint Alazur School

أعمال إعادة التأهيل للمجموعة #1 مدرسة خولة بنت الأزور سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

  • إعادة تأهيل البنية التحتية للبناء:
    • تحسين الامن الخارجي (أبواب، نوافذ، أقفال…)
    • اصلاحات موضعية ( رشة تيروليه, تزريق، بيتون ، دهان, بلاط, أعمال بناء أخرى…)
    • ,إضافة مواد لتسهيل وصول الأطفال المعوقين والمتضررين من الحرب إلى خدمات التعليم لمدرسة خولة بنت الأزور.
    • إضافة عناصر لتحول المدرسة من النموذج العادي الى اللصديق للطفولة لمدرسة خولة بنت الأزور.

Rehabilitation works for Lot #2 Shams Al Deen Health Center will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Rehabilitation of infrastructure of buildings
  • Improving perimeter security (doors, windows, locks….)
  • Spot fixes (Tyrolean plaster, plaster, concrete, paint, tiles, other construction works….)
  • Providing equipment and beds for patient rooms for Shams Addin Health Center.
  • Supplying air conditioners to the pharmacy for Shams Addin Health Center.

 

 

All Rehabilitation works will need to be completed within 75 days after contract signature date.

Submission Deadline:

 

  1. The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: (Al Furat Office – Halab Street , Children Hospital, South Tareq Bin Zeyad School ), or can be requested by e-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com
  2. Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 22th of December 2021 by email to syria.operations@gmail.com   and the mail subject should be RFQ/16ELI/G26QPR/RAQ/SHEL/02-12-2021/1
  3. A pre-tender information session will be organized at 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 09/12/2021 in Organization’s representative office in: (Al Furat Office – Halab Street , Children Hospital, South Tareq Bin Zeyad School), Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at Organization’s office on 09/12/
  4. For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the Organization’s representative office in Amuda Office or Raqqa Office, not later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 21/12/2021 local time in Syria or by E-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com

  1. يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الواحدة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 22/12/2021 في مغلف واحد عن طريق الإيميل syria.operations@gmail.com ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل

  1. جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في يوم 12/09/2021 الساعة 13:00 بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا في مكتب المنظمة في الفرات – طريق حلب – مشفى الاطفال – جنوب مدرسة طارق بن زياد ، المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب المنظمة في الرقة في يوم 12/09/2021

  1. 4. لجميع الاستفسارات المتعلقة بهذه المناقصة، يرجى الاتصال بمكتب الفرات – طريق حلب – مشفى الاطفال – جنوب مدرسة طارق بن زياد ، ليس بعد 21/12/2021الساعة الواحدة ظهرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا او ارسال استفساراتكم على الايميل التالي
