تنظيف المراحيض في مخيم الهولLatrine Cleaning in Al-Hol Camp

A private, non-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. To support the operations in Al Hol, North Syria, the organization is currently looking for a Contractor to undertake the following works:
منظمة إنسانية دولية خاصة غير ربحية مكرسة لتقديم المساعدة الطبية للسكان في أزمة ، دون تمييز وبغض النظر عن العرق أو الدين أو العقيدة أو الانتماء السياسي لدعم العمليات في الهول ، شمال سوريا ، تبحث المنظمة حاليًا عن مقاول للقيام بالأعمال التالية :
Scope: Cleaning of 70 latrines in the Annex and 208 latrines in Phase 5 of Al-Hol Camp. The activity needs to be done every day without exceptions for a period of 3-months.
اطار العمل : تنظيف 70 مرحاض بقسم المهاجرات و 208 مرحاض في الفيز الخامس من مخيم الهول . يجب القيام بالنشاط كل يوم دون استثناءات لمدة 3 أشهر
This tender is open to interested eligible companies, with proven experience in the cleaning and maintenance sector with special bias to camp sanitation facilities in North East Syria.
هذه المناقصة مفتوحة للشركات المؤهلة المهتمة ، مع خبرة مثبتة في قطاع التنظيف والصيانة مع تحيز خاص لتنظيف مرافق الصرف الصحي في المخيمات في شمال شرق سوريا
The contractor responsibilities مسؤوليات المقاول :
- Provide the necessary water for cleaning the latrines by water trucks (at least 4 trucks of 7m3 per day)
- توفير المياه اللازمة لتنظيف المراحيض بواسطة صهاريج نقل المياه (4 صهاريج على الأقل سعة 7 م3 في اليوم)
- Provide the cleaning materials (including detergents and chlorine) and tools (brush, mops, squeegee, buckets, etc.) for the cleaning. The quantities used should be enough for guarantee the infections transmistion protocols (chlorine 0.1%) as per the organization’s standard procedures.
- توفير مواد التنظيف (بما في ذلك المنظفات والكلور) ومعدات التنظيف (فرشاة ، ممسحة قماشية ، ممسحة مطاطية ، دلاء, إلخ) للتنظيف

- The Contractor is in charge of providing the materials/tools necessaries to solve potential obstructions in the discharge pipes of the latrines.

- The cleaning and de-blocking works of the latrines includes manholes, but excludes the septic pits, segerage, or drainages. The waste recuperated in this process should be correctly disposed of.
تشمل أعمال تنظيف المراحيض وإزالتها غرف التفتيش ، ولكنها تستثني حفر الصرف الصحي أو المصارف أو المجاري.

- It is the responsibility of the Contractor to warn about defects/obstructions found (resolved or not) during the development of its activity.

- The contractor is totally responsible for staffing:

- At least 6 female Cleaners together with 1 male support for each truck.

- All the recruited staff should be from Al-Hol Camp (the organization reserves the right to quote the recruitment process)يجب أن تتم جميع عمليات التوظيف داخل مخيم الهول (تحتفظ المنظمة بالحق في حضور عملية التوظيف)
- The workers should receive at least 10$/day for their work, don’t work more than 4hours/day, and have at least 1 day off/week.
يجب أن يتلقى العمال ما لا يقل عن 10 دولارات في اليوم مقابل عملهم ، وألا يعملوا أكثر من 4 ساعات في اليوم ، وأن يحصلوا على يوم عطلة واحد على الأقل في الأسبوع.
- Respect the law, with special attention to child labour and first line family policy.
احترام القانون ، مع اهتمام خاص لعمالة الأطفال وسياسة القرابة من الدرجة الأولى
- The Contractor will be responsible to secure ALL permits or permissions from the Al-Hol Camp Authorities in order to access the camp. The Bidder will also be responsible for trav point passes and permissions from outer areas to the camp.
