الوصف الوظيفي:
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
– إدارة السلوك في الفصل الدراسي ، والإشراف على تعليمات الأداء الضعيف وتحسينه.
– تعليم الروتين اليومي واتباعه.
– تكييف البرنامج ليناسب احتياجات الفرد أو المجموعة.
– التخطيط المستمر لطرق مبتكرة لإشراك الأطفال بالأنشطة.
– نقل المعرفة للأطفال من خلال المرح واللعب.
– ضمان النمو الاجتماعي والعاطفي للطفل.
– تلبية الاحتياجات المادية للطفل الفرد أو المجموعة.
– التقيد بالإرشادات الواردة في برنامج التعليم.

– Teaching and following a daily routine.
– Adapting the program to suit the needs of the individual child or group.
– Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged.
– Imparting knowledge to children through fun and play.
– Ensuring the social and emotional growth of the child.
– Addressing the physical needs of the individual child or group.
– Adhering to the provided guidelines of the Education program.
