IMPORTANT NOTICE for PROCUREMENT

RFQ/16ELI/G26HYP/AMU/WASH/27-10-2021/1

 

A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project which will provide livelihoods, WASH, and governance support to vulnerable communities in Al-Hassekah Governorate, to improve their ability to respond to shocks and stress in the future and invites suppliers/contractors to submit offers in Northeast of Syria.

موسسة غير حكومية  غير ربحية ، تقوم بتنفيذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية من شأنه توفير سبل العيش، والمياه والصرف الصحي، ودعم للمجتمعات الضعيفة في محافظة الحسكة لتحسين قدرتها على الاستجابة للصدمات والإجهاد في المستقبل وتدعو الموردين/ المقاولين لتقديم عروض في شمال شرق سوريا

 

General conditions:

  1. Tender documentation can be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from organization office- Al Qadesya Street, near Salah Aldeen Mosque or can be requested by E-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com. .

يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين في العنوان التالي: مكتب المؤسسة : عامودا حي القادسية – شمال جامع صلاح الدين أو يمكن طلبها عبر الإيميل التالي: syria.operations@gmail.com

  1. Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time) on the 10/11/2021 by email at operations@gmail.com with reference RFQ/16ELI/G26HYP/AMU/WASH/27-10-2021/1

أخر موعد لتقديم العروض هو  10/11/2021 الساعة الواحدة عصراً (بالتوقيت المحلي) والعروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة عن طريق الإيميل التالي. syria.operations@gmail.com بمرجع RFQ/16ELI/G26HYP/AMU/WASH/27-10-2021/1

  1. Validity of the offer: Recommended 3 months

صلاحية العرض: يفضل3  اشهر

  1. A pre-tender information session will be organized at 14:00 (local time in Syria) on 31/10/2021 in organization representative office in Amuda, Selah Aldeen mosque neighbourhood. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In Addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 31/10/2021

جلسة لتقديم معلومات  ستكون قبل المناقصة ستكون في يوم 31/10/2021 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في مكتب  عامودا، حي القادسية – شمال جامع صلاح الدين. المشاركة في هذه الجلسة مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية من قبل مقدمي العروض.بالإضافة  إلى أنه  سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب في عامودا في يوم  31/10/2021
