A non-profit, non-governmental organization is requesting through this tender a product providers to provide detailed financial and Technical offer for the supply of IT equipments/hardware in North East of Syria:
منظمة غير-ربحية غير-حكومية ، تطلب من خلال هذه المناقصة من مزودي المنتجات تقديم عرض مالي وتقني مفصل لتوريد معدات / أجهزة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في شمال شرق سوريا

Submission Deadline:
- The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: Organization’s office in Al-Qasadiyah neighbourhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate and Organization’s Office in Al Furat Neighbourhood in Raqqa Governorate, or can be requested by e-mail at operations@gmail.com
- Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 10th of November 2021 by email to operations@gmail.com and the mail subject should be RFQ/16EPT/MULTIMULTI/IM/20-10-2021(Laptops, Desktops and Tablets)
- A pre-tender information session will be organized at 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 27/10/2021 in Organization’s representative office in: Organization’s office in Al-Qasadiyah neighbourhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate and Organization’s Office in Al Furat Neighbourhood in Raqqa Governorate Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at Organization’s office on 27th of October, 2021.
- But in in case of lockdown a skype meeting will be scheduled, and link shared by Logistics Team in the Organizations Offices in Raqqa and Amuda.

- يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين في العنوان التالي:

- يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الواحدة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 10/11/2021 في مغلف واحد عن طريق الإيميل syria.operations@gmail.com ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل

- جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في يوم 10/27/2021 الساعة 13:00 بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا في مكتب المنظمة في القادسية ،عامودا ، الحسكة و مكتب المنظمة في الرقة ( خلف كازية ابو الهيف. جنوب مدرسة طارق بن زياد) ، المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب المنظمة في الرقة في يوم 27/10/2021
- يرجى العلم انه في حال تعذر اجراء جلسة تقديم المعلومات بسبب وضع الكوفيد والحظر سيتم عقد جلسة عن طريق سكايب
- لجميع الاستفسارات المتعلقة بهذه المناقصة، يرجى الاتصال بمكتب مكتب المنظمة في القادسية ،عامودا ، الحسكة و مكتب المنظمة في الرقة (خلف كازية ابو الهيف. جنوب مدرسة طارق بن زياد) ، ليس بعد /11/09/2021 الساعة الواحدة ظهرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا او ارسال استفساراتكم على الايميل التالي
