Job Title: Child Protection officer (6 positions)

Job Requirements:
University degree in psychology, social work, pedagogy, social sciences or another relevant field.
– Minimum one-year experience working with an INGO or LNGO.
– have prior experience working with children and a solid knowledge of the principles of child protection, including prior experience working in this field
– Excellent skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point.
– Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Job Description:
Description of role: this person will provide support to staff to ensure adherence to principles of child protection, and will provide individual case management to children and adolescents who are most at risk. They will attend some of the PSS sessions to ensure that child welfare and safety is being managed properly and will produce reports highlighting issues and problems that are identified. They will manage a referral process in which the most at-risk children are referred on for specialist help.
