متطلبات العمل:
o Support the identification of beneficiaries and suitable sites/location, design and implementation of food security and nutrition program activities
o Conduct group counselling activities under the guidance of the food security program officer.
o conduct individual and group counselling activities to the Fresh Food Cash Top Up distribution beneficiaries
o work to promote positive feed behaviours by conducting nutritional awareness sessions in the targeted areas with Fresh Food Cash Top Up.
o Performing educational sessions to CvT beneficiaries related to nutrition and food safety and quality.
o Ensure that a weekly schedule of activities is developed with FS program officer, including individual sessions, groups sessions, outreach in the community,
o Informing the direct supervisor about any challenges, difficulties and concerns in the implementation of activities or issues in the social context
o Support CvT Food security team on the monitoring of nutrition indicators at the field level
o Performing educational sessions to CvT beneficiaries related to nutrition and food safety and quality.
o Conduct basic trainings in the communities or IDP camps where CvT operates.
o Monitor community activities to ensure implementation is according to plan.
o Fills all necessary (technical) monitoring tools as a basis for corresponding documentation (regular field reporting);
o Collects data for periodical/ad hoc reports Any other related tasks assigned by the Program Officer
o Follow PIN’s practices and procedures, and report any problems to superiors;
o Assisting in other activities related to ongoing projects, as requested by the line manager
o Informing the direct supervisor about any challenges, difficulties and concerns in the implementation of activities or issues in the social context
Other
o Ensures security and safety rules are observed in the field by the team members.
o Other tasks as assigned by line manager
Other responsibilities:
o Other tasks assigned by employee’s Line Manager corresponding to actual needs of the department.
o Substitute relevant colleagues (fully or partially) during their absence when assigned by Line Manager.
o Understand and adhere to the mission’s National Staff Handbook, CvT Code of Conduct, CvT Key Policies and relevant guidelines.
الوصف الوظيفي:
o Fluent written and spoken Arabic and knowledge of English.
o University degree, food engineering or nutrition is preferred, or any other related field.
o Experience of working in an NGO and 1-2 years of work experience, At least 6 month of previous food assistance related experience.
o Should have good experience in humanitarian work and emergency response.
o Communication/Cooperation skills
o Flexibility/Initiative
o Problems and tasks solving approach
o Good training skills.
