Minimum Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma or its equivalent
- Experience working in a community-based setting
- Ability to read and write reports
- Understand the community served – community connectedness
Desirable Qualifications:
Knowledge of some community hygiene promotion approaches
Good communication skills, such as listening well, and using language appropriately.
الوصف الوظيفي:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing trusting relationships with Sida RRM project beneficiaries
- Providing ongoing community hygiene promotion awareness sessions
- Support with beneficiary registration and distribution of IEC materials and NFI kits
- Ensure that beneficiaries sign registration, distribution and training lists appropriately
Other duties
- Attend regular staff meetings, trainings and other meetings as requested
