Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in fields such as accounting, economics, business administration, engineering, social studies, or any related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or accountability or monitoring and evaluation and with international organizations.

Have knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and code of conduct of the international organizations.

Good experience within international organizations in the development and humanitarian sectors.

Planning, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Ability to speak, write and understand English and Arabic languages.

Experience in report on humanitarian issues, violations and possible incidents occurs during implementation of programs.

Able to work and communicate effectively with partners/beneficiaries to ensure compliance with Blumont and donor’s policies and procedures.

Able to work in difficult environment circumstances.

           

Job Description:

Report regulatory matters, concerns and overall compliance conditions of applicable divisions, departments, operations or functions within programs in Al-Hole with focusing on PRM program.

Work with program staff and monitoring and evaluation team to complete and review risk assessments and ensure risk management issues are addressed.

Follow up with all programs in the area to identify any risk management, internal audit, employee services and provide information to Compliance Coordinator for investigation purpose.

Report on any suspect violations of rules against beneficiaries and organization policies, fraud, bribe, waste, harassment, misconduct, and abuse of power.

Ensure functioning complaints and response mechanism, through effective collection of complaints including field visits, management of beneficiaries’ hotline and complaints boxes.

Arrange and coordinate with project senior staff and camp managers for providing training on Compliance and Accountability for increasing the integrity in organization.

Ensure that all employees in the area are always acting in accordance to Blumont’s policies, procedures, rules, regulations, terms and conditions of the donor agreement.

Support and follow up program team for the application of the recommendations done based on the findings of any Compliance/Accountability activities.

Assist the Compliance Coordinator for collecting accurate information during investigation process.

Provide solid information on any potential allegation, local companies and partners, procurement files, financial files, personnel files and floor checks and inventory inspections.

Inform stakeholders about confidentiality policy, complaint-handling process, and time frames.

Other duties as assigned, including maintain necessary schedules, filling…etc.
