Job Requirements:

  • University degree in IT, engineering, or any relevant department.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Data / Project management.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills and ability to present clear and concise information.
  • Excellent skills in computer programming.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good language skills in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Work under pressure.
  • High personal skills, Commitment, efficiency, flexibility and drive for results.
  • Own good command of the following languages (English, Arabic and Kurdish).
  • Ability to stays composed and positive even in difficult moments, handles tense situations with diplomacy and tact, and has a consistent behavior towards others.
  • Having clean records through his past carriers within INGOs.
  • Ability to travel to all the program areas.

Job Description:

  • Initiates and oversees the establishment of integrated designs for information plan to ensure that all communication and public relations efforts are cohesive, consistent, and effective in supporting the mission and advancement goals of the organization.
  • Support the Camp Manager in coordinating the information collected from organizations and parties working in the camp and submitting reports following the meetings in which he/she participates with the Camp Manager.
  • Coordinates surveys, program evaluation inputs and assessments to determine the effectiveness of the organization’s communications plans.
  • Assure quality and appropriateness of institutional programs and initiatives, whether internally or externally produced.
  • Work as data entry and produce various reports required for program office as required.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
  • Oversees the development and testing of new program applications developed specifically for Blumont.
  • Communicates with other executive members to make sure all parts of the objectives use technology in the best ways possible
  • Classifying and storing information for ease of access and retrieval.
  • Create and search effective databases, Catalogue and index materials.
  • Conduct information audits.
  • Develop and manage electronic resources, maintain e filing laboratory,
  • Any other duties as per program requirements.
