أعزائي مقدمي العروض المحتملين :
نحن نبحث عن بائع يمكنه تقديم اجهزة طبية مساعدة يومية تحت عنوان المناقصة PR21-09-002 NES Daily Living Aids. نرغب في طلب عروض أسعار من الموردين الطبيين / الشركات / المستودعات الطبية المتخصصة في توريد مساعدات المعيشة اليومية التي تغطي متطلبات الطلب لمدة ثلاثة (3) أشهر.
التعليمات:
– يرجى طلب مستندات الالتماس (RFQ) إلكترونيًا من عنوان البريد الإلكتروني NESProcurement@samaritan.org
– عند طلب مستندات RFQ ، يرجى ذكر عنوان RFQ في سطر موضوع البريد الإلكتروني “PR21-09-002 NES Daily Living Aids “
– عند طلب مستندات RFQ ، اذكر اسم الشركة / المورد في رسالة البريد الإلكتروني.
– يجب إرسال الأسئلة حول طلب عرض الأسعار هذا في موعد أقصاه الأربعاء 01:00 مساءً (بالتوقيت المحلي السوري) في 29 سبتمبر 2021 إلى عنوان البريد الإلكتروني التالي: NESProcurement@samaritan.org
– آخر موعد لتقديم العروض يوم السبت الساعة 04:00 مساءً (بالتوقيت المحلي السوري) في 02 أوكتوبر 2021

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF DAILY LIVING AIDS IN NES, AL HASSAKEH
Dear Prospective Offerors:
We are looking for a vendor who can provide Daily Living Aids under tender title PR21-09-002 NES Daily Living Aids. We wish to solicit quotations from Medical suppliers/companies/ medical warehouses specialized in the supply of Daily Living Aids that cover the requirements of three (3) months order.
INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please request the solicitation documents (RFQ), electronically from the email address NESProcurement@samaritan.org
– When requesting the RFQ documents, please state the title of the RFQ in the email subject line “PR21-09-002 NES Daily Living Aids”
– When requesting the RFQ documents, state the Company/ Supplier title in the email message.
– Questions about this RFQ shall be sent no later than Wednesday 01:00 PM (Syrian Local Time) on 29 September 2021 to the following email address: NESProcurement@samaritan.org
– The deadline for offer submission is Saturday 08:00 PM (Syrian Local Time) on 02 October 2021
– Please go back to the RFQ to learn the method and address of offers submission.
