يمكن الحصول على أوراق المناقصة من مكاتب المنظمة في منبج و الرقة وديريك خلال أوقات الدوام من الساعة 8:30 الى 4:30 قبل 22 من أيلول 2021 او من خلال الطلب من البريد الالكتروني
Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.
يجب التقيد بشروط المناقصة و استكمال الأوراق والا سيتم استبعاد المتقدم.
Sealed tender offers with required documents have to be submitted to organization office in Raqqa as hardcopy or via email to CVT email address: secure.bid@pinf.cz
before closing date and time: 23rd of Sep 2021 at 12:00 pm Syrian local time.

Envelope opening session will be held on 23/09/2021 by 14:00 p.m. Syrian local time venue CVT office in menbij and the tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
