يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة مع التعليمات التفصيلية من مكاتب CVT في NES خلال أيام العمل بين الساعة 8:30 صباحًا 4:00 مساءً. قبل 12 سبتمبر 2021 أو عند الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني؛ Procurement.nes@pinf.cz
Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

Sealed tender offers with required documents have to be submitted to organization office in Raqqa as hardcopy before closing date and time: 14 of September 2021 at 12:00 pm Syrian local time. Or via email address : secure.bid@pinf.cz

Envelope opening session will be held on 14/09/2021 by 14:01 p.m. Syrian local time venue CVT office in Raqqa and the tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
