Accountabilities المسؤوليات
- Dispensing medication to patients according to medical prescription, ensuring the medication is labeled with the correct drug name, strength, quantity, expiry date, directions for use and additional required information and providing clear instructions and advice on how to take the drug, when, how long, how to store, possible side-effects and any other relevant warnings. Making sure the patient understands in order to ensure correct treatment.
- -توزيع الأدوية على المرضى وفق الوصفة الطبية، الـتأكد من أن الدواء عليه ملصق بالاسم الصحيح للدواء، فاعليته، نوعيته، فترة انتهاء صلاحيته، تعليمات ارشادية بالاستعمال، بالإضافة إلى معلومات إضافية مطلوبة، وتقديم النصح والارشادات عن كيفية أخذ الدواء، ومتى، ولأي فترة زمنية، كيفية تخزينها، المضاعفات الجانبية المحتملة أو أية أمور تحذيرية أخرى. التأكد من أن المريض قد فهم هذه المعلومات لضمان أخذه العلاج الصحيح.
- Adhering to practice policies and procedures for dispensing medicines, in particular those relating to controlled drugs and ensuring respect of confidentiality in dispensing
- – الالتزام بالطرق والإجراءات العملية التابعة لمنظمة أطباء بلا حدود بخصوص توزيع الأدوية، وبشكل خاص تلك المتعلقة بالأدوية الخاضعة للرقابة وضمان احترام سرية التوزيع.
- Placing accurate and timely orders with the central stock, maintaining minimum stock levels of medicines, checking expiry dates and storage conditions and ensuring no medicines or material are taken out of the dispensary without authorization
- – وضع الطلبات الدقيقة والدورية مع المخزون المركزي، الحفاظ على الحد الأدنى من مستويات المخزون من الأدوية، التحقق من فترة انتهاء صلاحيتها ومن شروط تخزينها، والتأكد من عدم أخذ أية مواد أو أدوية من الصيدلية بدون استئذان.
- Maintaining accurate dispensing records and regularly reporting them to his/her technical reference. Ensuring returned and out-of-date medication is safely removed to a well designated quarantine zone for unwanted pharmaceuticals, separated from the normal stock
- – الحفاظ على سجلات توزيع الادوية بدقة وكتابة تقارير دورية بها ورفعها إلى مرجعه / مرجعها التقني. ضمان التخلص من الأدوية المسترجعة والأدوية المنتهية الصلاحية بأمان إلى منطقة الحجر الصحي المخصصة للأدوية الغير مرغوب بها، يجب فصلها عن المخزون العادي.
- Organizing and keeping clean the dispensing area, ensuring cleanliness and care in handling medicines to avoid contamination and mix-up. Maintaining dispensary equipment, ensuring it is clean, accurate and in a good state of repair.
- – تنظيم وترتيب منطقة التوزيع والمحافظة عليها نظيفة، ضمان الرعاية والنظافة عند التعامل مع الأدوية لتجنب التلوث والخلط. صيانة معدات التوزيع، التأكد من أنها نظيفة ودقيقة وبحالة جيدة.
- Maintaining the integrity and security of the dispensary by admitting only authorized personnel and ensuring that all medicines are stored as appropriate. Reporting immediately to the technical reference on any problem arising in the service (especially loss, robbery, quality problems with medicines (abnormal changes in colour, consistency, and odour) damage of medical equipment or medicines).
- -المحافظة على أمن وسلامة منطقة التوزيع والسماح فقط لبعض الموظفين المخولين بدخولها، والتأكد من أن جميع الأدوية مخزنة بشكل جيد. رفع التقارير مباشرة إلى المرجع التقني في حال ظهور أية مشاكل في منطقة العمل (وخاصة في حال الفقدان، السرقة، مشاكل بخصوص جودة الأدوية (تغييرات غير طبيعية في لونه، تركيبه)، تلف بالأدوية أو ضرر بالمعدات).
- Carrying out Patient Therapeutic Education (PTE) and interacting with patient using a patient based approach to accompany chronic disease (HIV, TB, etc.) patients along their visits. Receiving patients, informing about treatment and adherence, giving appointment for the next drug delivery. Informing the medical doctor in case of lack of adherence and identifying the reasons and finding solutions to improve adherence.
- – القيام بالتثقيف العلاجي للمريض والتفاعل معه باستخدام النهج الخاص بالمرضى ولمرافقة مرضى الأمراض المزمنة مثل (مرضى السل والايدز، الخ) طوال فترة زيارتهم. استقبال المرضى، إخبارهم عن العلاج والتقيد به، إعطائهم موعداً عن فترة تسليم الجرعة القادمة. إبلاغ الطبيب في حال عدم التقيد بالتعليمات، ومحاولة معرفة الأسباب وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لأجل التقيد بها.
- Understanding, recording and informing on any complaint received from patients related to medicine use or side effects.
- – فهم، وتسجيل، والإبلاغ عن أية شكوى وردت من المرضى فيما يتعلق باستخدام الأدوية أو الآثار الجانبية لها.
