A non-profit, non-governmental  is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support to conflict-affected populations in Northern Syria and invites contractors to submit offers for road rehabilitation with drainage system in Serekaniye camp, Northeast Syria.

موسسة غير حكومية تقوم بتنفيذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لدعم السكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال سوريا، ويدعو المقاولين لتقديم عروض لإعادة تأهيل الطرق باستخدام شبكة الصرف الصحي في مخيم السريكانية،  شمال شرق سوريا

Important information’s to take in consideration: – معلومات هامة يجب أخذها في الاعتبار: –

Number of lots Mandatory to do a site visit before submitting offers otherwise the offer will be illegible Date Time of visiting The expected timeline to implement the required
road rehabilitation with drainage system ü 2nd and 3rd. of September 2021 from 10:00 am till 2:00pm Approximately 6 weeks

  1. Tender documentation can be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from organization office- Al Qadesya Street, near Salah Aldeen Mosque or can be requested by E-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com.

  1. Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time) on the 08/09/2021 by email at syria.operations@gmail.com with reference RFQ/16BHA/RRS/SER/CCCM/25-08-2021/1

أخر موعد لتقديم العروض هو  08/09/2021 الساعة الواحدة عصراً (بالتوقيت المحلي) والعروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة عن طريق الإيميل التالي. syria.operations@gmail.com بمرجع RFQ/16BHA/RRS/SER/CCCM/25-08-2021/1        

  1. Validity of the offer: Recommended 3 months

صلاحية العرض: يفضل3  اشهر

  1. A pre-tender information session will be organized at 14:00 (local time in Syria) on 2ndof September 2021 in organization representative office in Amuda, Selah Aldeen mosque neighbourhood. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In Addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 03/09/2021

جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في يوم 02/09/2021 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في مكتب  عامودا، حي القادسية – شمال جامع صلاح الدين. المشاركة في هذه الجلسة مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية من قبل مقدمي العروض.بالإضافة  إلى أنه  سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب في عامودا في يوم  03/09/2021
