Job Description:
A humanitarian Organization in NES is accepting applications for a “Field Assessment & Distribution SUPERVISOR- Officer”
This position will supervise the Field Assessment & Distribution teams in fields ( Derbasiya and Amuda countryside ) .
Main purpose of the vacancy:
- Supervision of Field Assessment & Distribution team on field.
- Team leadership.
- Take responsibility for all planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementation of team activities.
- Take responsibilities for risk management and mitigation in the field.
Position Duties:
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supervision of Field Assessment & Distribution team on field.
- Coordination with project Manger and MEAL Manager.
- Participate in preparing weekly plans for assessments and distribution according to targeted areas and beneficiaries.
- Team leading.
- Submit weekly reports to the project and MEAL managers.
- Lead and motivate the team.
- Collaborate with the security officer to Initiate risk consideration, mitigation and team evacuation plans in the field.
