متطلبات العمل:
o Proven working experience as a security guard or relevant experience.
o Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
o Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
o Integrity and professionalism.
Language skills: basic English skills (speaking and listening)
الوصف الوظيفي:
o Know and enforce organization’s policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) rules and regulations to prevent criminal activity before it happens or respond appropriately in the event of any incident.
o Monitor points of access in organization’s properties to allow entry only to individuals with the correct identification or authorization.
o Overview the general safety and security situation in the facility. Identify potential risks and report to superior.
o Implement a deconflicting oriented approach towards potential threats in the facility.
o Maintain current list, contact respective focal point in the case of any threat to organization’s assets or staff, and make written or verbal reports.
o Protect organization’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment and highlighting any weaknesses to superiors.
o Observe for signs of conflicts or disorder.
o Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter, monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
o Permit authorized persons to enter property.
o Assist in case of a sudden evacuation according to SOP.
o Undertake other security related duties as requested by the safety and security focal point.
o The role is to guard organization facility, assets, and staff, whilst abiding to NGO humanitarian principles of being unarmed, not using violence, and not being affiliated with any armed groups. The main tasks are to detect, deter, observe, and report. Security guards are responsible for supporting the Security focal point regarding all matters relating to security within the facility.
