A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing the project” Water Trucking Services in Jazeret Abu Hameed” is inviting contractors to submit offers for works in Der Azzor Northeast Syria.
Aim of the project:
- The organization will clean private water tanks to 6000 Households in neighborhoods of the Jazret Abu Hameed Community in Der Ezzor (35.78777, 39.71738).
- Refill tanks which have been clean with drinkable water (Water Trucking services -11 Trucks per day for 60 Days).
تقوم المنظمة بتنفيذ مشروع ” نقل مياه الشرب بالصهاريج لجزرة أبو حميد” تدعو المقاولين لتقديم عروض أعمال في دير الزور شمال شرق سوريا.
الهدف من المشروع:
- ستقوم المنظمة بتنظيف خزانات المياه الخاصة ب 6000 منزل في أحياء مجتمع جزيرة أبو حميد في دير الزور (35.78777 ، 39.71738). وبالتالي ، فإن فريق المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة العامة سيقوم بطلب شاحنات لنقل المياه لتنظيف الخزانات وإعادة ملئها بمياه الشرب عند الانتهاء.
- نقل المياه بالشاحنات (11 شاحنة يوميا لمدة 60 يوما).

- Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on the 14/06/2021 in One File by email to operations@gmail.com
- Late offers will be automatically
- The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
- The organization will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
- A pre-tender field visit is optional to be conducted by the supplier
- The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.

- العروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة ليس بعد الساعة الواحدة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا14/06/2021 في ملف واحد عن طريق الإيميل فقط operations@gmail.com
- العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.
- تحتفظ الموسسه بالحق في إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
- ستنظر الموسسة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم.
- تنظيم زيارة ميدانية من قبل المورد اختياري قبل تقديم المناقصة
- الموسسة غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف او تكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار للمؤسسة.

The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.
لن تكون المؤسسة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتحملها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد وتقديم عطاءاتهم إلى المنظمة.
