متطلبات العمل:
- University degree or diploma is preferable.
- Experience in working or volunteering with a humanitarian organization or Local NGO.
- Previous experience in data collection and monitoring is preferable.
- Good knowledge in using MS Office applications and mobile data collection tools (Kobo).
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people including IDPs, Hosting Communities, local authorities, humanitarian agencies, etc.
- Experience Assessments data collection at community level is preferable
الوصف الوظيفي:
- Support to monitor field distribution events with partners and staff.
- Support beneficiary registration and verification process.
- Provide a clear details of monitoring day by daily reports.
- Collect a very clear data about distribution ongoing process (the distribution method).
- Beneficiaries’ satisfaction on distribution process through direct interviews.
- Supporting complaint response mechanism.
- Conducting M & E visits to the filed
- Data collection for field assessments and surveys
- Conduct beneficiary interviews, capture field photos and videos
- Photocopy and organize assessment forms and monitoring tools
- Support filing and organization of collected data and records
- Supporting with reviewing and analyzing data
