Job Title: Field Monitor- Roj Camp مراقب ميداني- مخيم روج

Job Requirements:
University or institute degree,
- Experience in data collection and analysis processes.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Good language skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to travel to all the program areas, and any other areas in north and north-east of Syria.
- Previous experience with NGOs is preferable.
Job Description:
Conduct field visits and daily surveys.
- Report any finding or issue that need to be flagged to the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer directly.
- Take an active role in gaining the beneficiaries complaints related to all project aspects.
- Conduct assessments, data collection and information gathering from the field for data processing.
- Keep and assure a good working environment with colleagues and beneficiaries.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
