INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF FOOD RATION IN NES, AL HASSAKEH
Dear Prospective Offerors:
Samaritans’ Purse, a Humanitarian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), is providing food assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs) in North- East Syria, Al Hasakah, and Raqqa Governorates. SP wishes to solicit quotations from suppliers/companies specialized in food supply for the procurement of monthly food basket, initial warehousing of rations and transportation services over a six-month period.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please request the solicitation documents (RFQ), electronically from the email address NESProcurement@samaritan.org
- When requesting the RFQ documents, please state the title of the RFQ in the email subject line “PR21-02-008 NES FOOD RATIONS”
- When requesting the RFQ documents, state the Company/ Supplier title in the email message.
- Questions about this RFQ shall be sent no later than Monday 04:00 PM (Syrian Local Time) on 022 Feb 2021 to the following email address: NESProcurement@samaritan.org
- The deadline for offer submission is Wednesday 04:00 PM (Syrian Local Time) on 24 Feb 2020
