- The RFQ will be conducted using Concern Worldwide standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English/Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

- All bids must be submitted before:01/02/2021 at 13:00 (Syria time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope mentioning the RFQ reference on it or by E-mail at procurement@concern.net
يجب تقديم جميع العروض قبل :01/02/2021 الساعة 13:00 (بتوقيت سوريا) على العنوان المذكور أعلاه في مظروف مختوم يشير إلى مرجع رقم الإعلان عليه أو عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني على iraq.procurement@concern.net
- Late Bids will be automatically rejected. سيتم رفض العروض المتأخرة تلقائيًا .
- Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.

- Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.

Responsibilities of the Contractor:
- Terms of delivery:All Taxes, transportation, other fees and associated cost of machinery, labour and safety equipment on supplier ewsponsibility

- Date of delivery: within month after signing contract
- Validity of the offer: 1 month at least
General conditions:
- The closing date of this tender is fixed on(01/02/2021) at 13:00 (Syria time) in
office at the following address :

- Offers shall be submitted in English, only US Dollar – USD, (Mandatory) including all Taxes, transportation, other fees
- Bidders will fill, sign, stamp and return the Offer form according to Concern Worldwide format.
- The offer to the call for tender will not result in the award of a contract.
- The offer must be submitted to Concern Worldwide purchase department in a sealed envelope with the mention “CW/SY/SR008557/01021/WASH” not to be opened before 01/02/2021 at 13:00 p.m Syria time
- Unsealed envelopes and late offers will not be considered.
- In case of total price calculations mistake, unit price will be considered for the total calculated value في حال وجد خطأ في حسابات السعر الإجمالي، سيتم النظر في السعر الإفرادي لإجمالي القيمة المحسوبة

- Offer with less than 2 months of validity will not be considered.

- Annex 7 Concern Safeguarding Policies (Programme Participant Protection Policy, Child Safeguarding Policy, Anti-Trafficking in Persons Policy and Terminology) Policies) signed and stamped).
- Annex 8 Concern Anti-Fraud and Whistle Blowing Policy (signed and stamped).
- The answers to this tender should include a written quotation including all the product specifications, the price per unit, technical specifications and unit.
- Preference will be given to suppliers with proof of experience in the same business.
- Suppliers from TABQA area are highly advised to apply
- Warranty should be 1 year.
- Certificate of Origin must be provided.
- Catalogues, data sheets must be provided with the proposal
Criteria of selection – Priority will be given to the supplier/provided from local area of intervention if they submit complete competitive bids
