- القدرة على الانخراط بفعالية ورحمة مع الفئات السكانية الضعيفة.
- الاستعداد للتعلم ، مع المرونة والعمل لساعات طويلة عند الحاجة ؛
- المهارات التنظيمية الجيدة والقدرة على التزام الهدوء والعمل بشكل جيد تحت الضغط.
- اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين؛
- الالتزام بمساءلة المستفيد والأخلاق الإنسانية.
الوصف الوظيفي:
جمع بيانات التقييم / التحقق على مستوى المجتمع باستخدام أدوات جمع البيانات في كونسيرن لإجراء أخذ بيانات التقييم / التحقق لبرنامج (الحماية) متعدد الأغراض ؛
- مسؤول عن ضمان جودة البيانات والمعلومات التي يتم جمعها على أعلى مستوى وبأقل قدر من الخطأ. سوف يسلط / يسلط الضوء على أي اختلافات لوحظت في البيانات إلى مدير برنامج الحماية وفريق الوجبات ؛
- إبلاغ فريق الوجبات و / أو مدير برنامج الحماية بأي خداع مشتبه به بين المستفيدين ، أي إضافة أسر بشكل غير صحيح إلى قائمة المستفيدين الذين لا يستوفون معايير البرنامج النقدي متعدد الأغراض ،
- المساعدة في إعداد قائمة المستفيدين ومراقبة التوزيعات النقدية متعددة الأغراض
- كن على دراية بالمجتمع الذي تم إحالة الأسر منه إلى Concern Worldwide من شركاء الصحة ، وكن مسؤولاً عن تدوين الملاحظات أثناء التقييم و / أو التوزيع على كل أسرة معيشية تلقت المساعدة. تتوقع مشاركة هذه الملاحظات عند طلبها لأغراض التحقق والاختيار ؛
- التعرف على الرسائل الرئيسية حول معايير الاستهداف والمبادئ الإنسانية والقيم الأساسية التي يقوم عليها عمل Concern ؛
- واجبات إضافية كما هو مطلوب من قبل مدير البرنامج.

Job Title: Field Daily Worker-Protection

This is two months daily worker contract based in Kobane
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic , Kurdish and English is an asset;
- University Level Education.
- Good skills in using Data collecting tools.
- Basic understanding of humanitarian principles;
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a collaborative working approach;
- Ability to effectively and compassionately engage with vulnerable populations;
- Willingness to be learn, but flexible and work long hours when required;
- Good organizational skills and ability to remain calm and work well under pressure;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Commitment to beneficiary accountability and humanitarian ethics.
Job Description:
- Collect assessment /verification data at community level using Concern’s data collection tools to conduct in take assessment / verification Data for Concern’s Multi-Purpose Cash (Protection) programme;
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of the data and information collected is to the highest standard and with minimal error. S/he will highlighting any discrepancies observed in the data to the protection Program Manager and the MEAL team;
- Inform the MEAL team and/or Protection Program Manager of any suspected deception among beneficiaries i.e. incorrectly adding households to the beneficiaries list who don’t meet the Multi-Purpose Cash Program criteria,
- Supporting in the preparation of the beneficiaries list and monitoring Multi-Purpose Cash Distributions
- Be familiar with the community from which households had been referred to Concern Worldwide from Health partners and be responsible for keeping notes during assessment and/or distribution on each household, which has received assistance. You are expect to share these notes when requested for verification and selection purposes;
- Familiarize with key messages around targeting criteria, humanitarian principles and the core values underpinning Concern’s work;
- Additional duties as required by the Program Manager.
