Job Requirements:
- University or institute degree.
- Experience in data collection and analysis processes is preferred.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Good language skills in Arabic.
- Ability to travel to all the program areas in Raqqa and any other areas in north-east of Syria.
- Experience in data collection, surveys and assessments
- Good literate on ODK/KOBO
Job Description:
Supplementary food voucher Distribution –Supervision of vouchers Distributions in assigned non- camps/ Tabqqa City
- Redemption Process- Coordinate between Vendor and beneficiaries for timely dedicate of supplementary food vouchers
- Send daily report of Supplementary food Vouchers distribution in targeted areas
- Update PO on movement of vouchers distribution.
- Exercise the utmost service behaviors and be very kind to program’s beneficiaries and other stakeholders, listen carefully to their concerns and explain INGO’s mandate and criteria of assistance.
- Sending a daily report on the distributed quantities of vouchers
- Updating the Program Officer with local councils’ census.
- Keep and assure a good working environment with colleagues and beneficiaries.
- Perform any other related duties as required. Reports to : Snr Program Officer Number of Position : 6
