متطلبات العمل:
1- فهم الرسالة الإنسانية للمنظمة.
- الخبرة في سياق الطوارئ.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية ممتازة. القدرة على التفكير النقدي والإبداعي.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين ، بما في ذلك الصبر والدبلوماسية والاستعداد للاستماع واحترام الزملاء.
- يجب أن تكون قادرة على العمل بشكل فردي وكجزء من فريق.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الخطى ومرهقة.
- يجب أن تكون مرنة ، وعلى استعداد لأداء واجبات أخرى والعمل لساعات غير منتظمة.
- القدرة على قراءة وكتابة اللغة العربية.
الوصف الوظيفي:
فتح ببوابة الباب والمواد و / أو المرافق ، البقاء متيقظًا ومتنبهًا.
- يجب أن يكون الحارس قادرًا على الإجابة على بعض الأسئلة الأساسية حول المنظمة
- التحكم في الدخول إلى المرافق من خلال طلب إظهار الشارات من أجل الوصول و
أخذ أسماء الزوار.
- منع المتسللين أو اللصوص من دخول الممتلكات أو الاستيلاء عليها.
- إخبار المدير بأي تهديد للمواد و / أو المرافق.
- إذا طُلب منه إبلاغ الشرطة الوطنية بالتهديدات التي تتعرض لها المواد و / أو المرافق-أداء واجبات أخرى حسب الحاجة مثل متابعة الموافقات والمخزونات و
مراقبة الحركات..

- Understand the humanitarian mission of the organization.
- Experience within an emergency context.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to think critically and creatively.

- Must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours.
- Ability of reading and writing Arabic
Job Description:
- Gate the door and the materials and/or facilities, remaining awake and alert.
- The guard must be able to answer some basic questions about the organization
- Control entry to facilities by requiring the showing of badges in order to gain access and
take names of the visitors.
- Prevent intruders or thieves from entering or seizing property.
- Notify the Manager of any threat to materials and/or facilities.
- If requested, notify the national police of threats to materials and/or facilities.
- Do not use excessive force.
- Perform other duties as needed such as following up approvals, inventories and
monitoring movements
