متطلبات العمل:
- University or institute degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Community Development, Food and Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum one year of experience with NGO.
III. Good experience in data collections, assessments and surveys.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to all the program areas in Al Hasakah, and any other areas in north and north-east of Syria.
الوصف الوظيفي:
- Monitor the distribution of INGO in the camp to ensure the requested quantity reached the camp and delivered to the camp residents
- Conduct a survey for the camp residents after each distribution to get feedback on the quality and quantity of received items.
III. Register and follow up beneficiaries’ complaints and report to the M&E Officer.
- Report any finding or issue that need to be flagged to the M&E Officer directly.
- Following up the challenges in the collective centers and reporting them to the M&E officer.
- Keep and assure a good working environment with colleagues and beneficiaries.
VII. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
