إلى الشركات المختصة ذات السمعة الطيبة في شمال شرق سوريا لشراء أدوات تكنلوجيا المعلومات(IT ) :
تدعو منظمة غير حكومية دولية لتقديم عطاءات مؤهلة لشراء أدوات تكنلوجيا المعلومات (IT ) .
فقط الشركات الشرعية وتجار الجملة وتجار التجزئة مدعوون للمشاركة. لن يتم تطبيق أي تجار أو وسطاء.
يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة مع تعليمات تفصيلية التي يتعين على الموردين تعبئتها من المكاتب في كوباني وديريك والرقة ومنبج خلال أيام العمل بين الساعة: 08:00 والساعة 16:30. قبل 2 كانون الاول 2020 أو عند الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني؛ Procurement.nes@pinf.cz
يجب اتباع نماذج المناقصة والتعليمات المتضمنة في وثائق المناقصة بشكل صارم وإلا سيتم استبعاد العرض.
يجب تقديم عروض المناقصة المختومة والعينات مع المستندات المطلوبة إلى مكتب المنظمة في منبج كنسخة مطبوعة.
قبل تاريخ ووقت الإغلاق: 03 كانون الأول 2020 الساعة 13:00 ظهرا بالتوقيت المحلي السوري.
تُعقد جلسة فتح الظروف يوم 03 كانون الأول 2020 الساعة 14:00 ظهرا في مكتب المنظمة في منبج.
العارضين أو ممثليهم المعتمدين مدعوون الى الحضور جلسة فتح الظروف في المكتب منبج.
تم التعديل التالي:
- المناقصة تتكون من ثلاثة اقسام و المزود بإمكانه التقديم لقسم واحد او اكثر.
- تم تمديد فترة المناقصة الى 3 كانون الأول الساعة الواحدة توقيت سورية.

An international NGO invites for submission eligible bidders for tender of Purchasing of IT tools only legitimate companies, wholesalers and retailers are invited to participate. No dealers or intermediaries shall apply.
Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the suppliers can be obtained from the Offices at Kobane, Derek , Raqqa and Manbij during working days between 8.00 a.m. 4.30 p.m. before 02nd of December 2020 or upon request via email; Procurement.nes@pinf.cz
Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.
Sealed tender offers with required documents and Samples have to be submitted to organization office in Manbij as hardcopy. before closing date and time: 03rd of December 2020 at 13:00 pm Syrian local time.
Envelope opening session will be held on 03rd of December 2020 at 14:00 pm at Manbij office.
Tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
Adjustments:
- This tender consist of three lots, supplier can apply for one lot or more.
- The closing date is: 03rd of December 2020 at 13:00 Syria time.
