2- Photos of workshop and equipments the supplier have as per minimum requirement of the SOW document.

  1. 2. The closing date of this procurement is fixed on 26th of Nov 2020 at 13:00 (Syria time) in all Concerns’

-سيتم تحديد موعد إغلاق عملية الشراء هذه في 26/11/2020، الساعة 13:00 (بتوقيت سوريا) في مكاتب كونسيرن على العنوان التالي:

  1. Offers shall be submitted in English, only US Dollar – USD, (Mandatory) including all Taxes, transportation, other fees

يجب تقديم العروض باللغة الإنجليزية، فقط بالدولار الأمريكي (إلزامي) بما في ذلك جميع الضرائب، النقل، الرسوم الأخرى

  1. 4. Bidders will fill, sign, stamp and return the Offer form according to Concern Worldwide format in sealed envelopes.

سيقوم العارضون بملء نموذج العرض وتوقيعه وختمه وإعادته وفقًا لشروط صياغة العروض في كونسيرن

  1. 5. The offer to the call for tender will not result in the award of لن يؤدي عرض الدعوة إلى المناقصة إلى منح عقد
  2. 6. The offer must be submitted to Concern Worldwide purchase department in a sealed envelope with the mention of tender Ref: “CWW/SY/006196/11020/Education”, not to be opened before 26th  of Nov 2020 at 13:00 (Syria time)

يجب تقديم العرض إلى قسم المشتريات الكونسيرن في مظروف مغلق مع ذكر بوضوح مرجع المشتريات في سطر موضوع البريد الإلكتروني: ’

لا يتم فض العروض قبل 26 تشرين الثاني 2020 الساعة 13:00 (بتوقيت سوريا) الواحدة ظهراٌ .

  1. 7. Unsealed envelopes and late offers will not be considered لن يتم تقيم المغلفات غير المختومة والعروض المتأخرة
  2. 8. In case of total price calculations mistake, unit price will be considered for the total calculated value

في حال وجد خطأ في حسابات السعر الإجمالي، سيتم النظر في السعر الإفرادي لإجمالي القيمة المحسوبة

9–The selected supplier will be expected to provide safety equipment for his workers, as helmets, gloves, harnesses, welding glasses and other equipment as needed.

–على المورد المختار توفير معدات السلامة لعماله، مثل الخوذ، والقفازات، والأدوات، ونظارات اللحام وغيرها من المعدات حسب الحاجة.

-10The selected supplier will also take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the workspace (i.e. by cordoning holes).

– سيتخذ المورد المختار أيضًا التدابير اللازمة لضمان سلامة مساحة العمل (أي من خلال تطويق الثقوب)

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS شروط محددة

  1. Offer with less than 30 days of validity will not be considered لن يتم النظر في العرض التي أقل من 30-يومًا من الصلاحية.

  2. Preference will be given to suppliers with proof of experience in the same business
