A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to provide WASH support to conflict-affected populations in Northern Syria and invites contractors to submit offers for Installation of a shaded area in the distribution yard and Installation of a seating area in the distribution yard and the market in Washokani camp (36°34’45.55″N; 40°37’33.19″E), North East Syria.

- Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on 02th of December 2020.

- The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
- The organization will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
- A pre-tender field visit must be conducted by the supplier no later than 18th of November 2020 at 14:00 local time to the project location.
- The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.

- العروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من02/12/2020 في ملف واحد عن طريق الإيميل فقط operations@gmail.com
- العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.
- تحتفظ الموسسه بالحق في إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
- ستنظر الموسسة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم.
- يجب تنظيم زيارة ميدانية من قبل المورد قبل تقديم المناقصة قبل تاريخ 18/11/2020 الساعة الثانيه عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي لموقع المشروع.
- الموسسة غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف او تكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار للمؤسسة.
