Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, economic. Two or more years of progressive experience in banking or cashiering experience or fund transfer related works. Minimum 3 years of related professional experience preferably with INGOs. Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures, financial controls and financial information. Strong computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel. Excellent Oral and Written English skills. The ability to interact effectively with national and international personnel is required. A demonstrated ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and process information in support of changing program activities is necessary. willing to travel to field offices and project sites.
Job Description:
Ensure the completeness and verification process of all Operational and Programed payments and activities are fully completed. Ensure the payment trackers or processes charts for fund transfer are properly and meticulously handled. Ensure daily and weekly reconciliations are made. Provide twice a week pending payments reports so that the Finance Coordinator is dealing with all pending payments on a timely manner. Conduct due diligence checks on IMTAs as per internal policy requirements (e.g: FP3), donor rules & regulations. Providing technical feedback to the Operations’ department (tasks agreed upon between OD & the FD) during IMTA selection process (reviewing and cross-checking fees, service lead time, reimbursement lead time, locations of service, etc.) Develop the capacity of the team, deepen understanding of their roles and assist with career development.
