إشعار لعملية تزويد / IMPORTANT NOTICE for PROCUREMENT
A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing the project “Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Components and Supply of Required Materials for Water Stations” and is inviting contractors to submit offers to supply and install the Equipment for Water Directorate of Raqqa and Several Water Stations in Northeast Syria.
Aim of the project:
- The Water Directorate of Raqqa is in need of stock electrical components for ongoing maintenance of water pumping facilities. The Water Directorate will use the requested components to regularly maintain and repair water stations, thus providing much of the population of Raqqa with uninterrupted water delivery.
- 9 Water Stations in several areas of Raqqa are in need for Fuel, Diesel and materials to insure that they are continously working well.
منظمة غير-ربحية غير-حكومية ، تقوم بتنفيذ مشروع “ تشغيل وصيانة المكونات الكهربائية والمواد التشغيلية اللازمة لعدة محطات مياه ” وهي تدعوا متعاقدين لتقديم عروضهم للمواد اللازمة لتشغيل وصيانة قسم محطة مياه الرقة وعدة محطات مياه شمال شرق سوريا.
الهدف من المشروع:
- تحتاج مديرية مياه الرقة إلى مخزون من المكونات الكهربائية وذلك للصيانة المستمرة لمنشآت ضخ المياه. ستستخدم مديرية المياه المكونات المطلوبة لصيانة وإصلاح محطات المياه بانتظام ، وبالتالي تزويد سكان الرقة بالمياه دون انقطاع.
- 9 محطات مياه في عدة مناطق في الرقة بحاجة إلى الوقود والديزل والمواد لضمان عملها بشكل جيد ودائم.

- Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on the 27/10/2020 in One File by email to operations@gmail.com
- Late offers will be automatically
- The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
- The organization will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
- A pre-tender information session will be organized on 19/10/2020 at 14:00 local time in the organization representative office- in Raqqa -City,Al Mshleb Near to Khaled supermarket. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not In addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization office on 19/10/2020.
- The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.

- العروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من/10/272020 في ملف واحد عن طريق الإيميل فقط operations@gmail.com
- العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.
- تحتفظ الموسسه بالحق في إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
- ستنظر الموسسة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم.
- سيتم تنظيم جلسة لتقديم المعلومات قبل المناقصة بتاريخ 19/10/2020 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في مكتب تمثيل المنظمة – في الرقة – مدينة المشلب بالقرب من سوبر ماركت خالد. المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية بالإضافة لأنه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب الرقة في يوم19 /10/2020.
- الموسسة غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف او تكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار للمؤسسة.
