Job Description:
Provide complete nursing services in AlSalhabiya PHC.
-Ensure all standard nursing services in the hospital.
-Ensure keeping all patients documents.
-Ensure linking patients’ services with the doctors’ prescriptions and suggestions.
-Prepare and adopt nurses and cleaner’s rosters.
-Ensure applying doctors’ prescriptions and advice on patients.
-Ensure registering all patient’s services correctly in the standard forms.
-Ensure complete hygiene and readiness of all rooms, furniture, patient’s bathrooms, and toilets in the hospital including eating room, kitchen, and other rooms.
-Ensure cleaning the floor of each ward, waiting areas…etc. by using standards detergents and floor antiseptic once each 6 hours.
-Ensure changing evey type of fabric (bed sheets, cusions, cusions covers, blankets, matresses, towels, patients clothes, cutrains…etc) when needed and replace them by clean ones.
-Provide the hospital manager with the information on daily basis..
-Ensure the nurses at night shift are awake and aware of the patients’ comditions all the time and follow up their constant complains.
-Keep the manager daily informed about the overall nursing services in the hospital including the necessary rquirements.
-Try to solve other problems assigned by the supervisor.
